Cottage 'Le Fonti' is the ideal sitting for enjoying the country and being close to the little towns amenities. It's composed by a double bedroom, a bathroom, a little room with single sofa bed, a well furnished kitchen, a living/dining room. A loggia outside is nice for eating 'al fresco'. The very large private garden(1500 mq) gives the opportunity to get sun in total peace. The elevated position offers a spectacular view of the village and its beautiful surroundings. The property is near everything! 5 minutes walk to the central square, good restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, a beautiful communal swimming pool. A private parking is available in front of the garden's gate. Efficient train and bus services are a valid alternative to the car.

Sinalunga is situated in a perfect position to reach the other enchanting places in Toscana: Less than an hours drive to visit Florence, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona and Trasimeno lake. In this area there are many thermal pools and beauty centres like Rapolano (15km) and Chianciano (30km). It is possible to rent a car for a single day or minivan with driver/guide for day tours. A Train station (1km from the house) and efficient bus services are also available. The house is near everything ! 5 minutes walk to the central square, good restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, a beautiful swimming pool, a free large parking.
