The apartment has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, spacious open-plan living/ dining/ kitchen area and large bathroom with full size bath. Outside, there are 2 balconies each with sea views and space to eat outside. The development has a communal pool and spacious patio areas for sun bathing. The gardens are well maintained and there are toilets, showers & changing facilities available by the pool for your use. The kidney-shaped pool, with a separated shallow section for children. This apartment is ideal for families or couples of all ages. Kapparis is a lovely, non commercialised area with a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The popular resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just 10/ 15 minutes drive away; and the traditional town of Paralimni is just 5 mins drive away.
