Villa Kamena Kuca (which means 'Old Stone House' in Croatian), is within a small traditional hamlet, a former fisherman’s village, which, from its elevated position, commands superb views over the seaside village of Viganj, the Adriatic and the island of Korcula opposite. Historically, from this position, families could catch the first glimpse of their fishermen returning and be at the seaside in minutes to greet them. The family owned villa has been completely restored to its original design externally, and internally has been renovated and modernised throughout. It provides accommodation over 3 floors, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen, open plan dining and lounge area, with 2 double sleeper couches. (If you want to take friends with you ... it can sleep 10!) And there's a travel cot too. In summary: A comfortable home in a rare, unspoilt and peaceful location, minutes from the beach, restaurants and local facilities.

    Long winter or long summer lets are available, please enquire for pricing levels.
    We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation, then the balance at least 8 weeks before you start your holiday. Additionally, a deposit of £250 is requested in order to cover damage, loss or breakages, which is refunded once you've checked out with the 'meet and greet' service.
    Changeover day is usually Saturday.

Notes: The parking area is approx 40 metres from the house. Regrettably the access road is currently not suitable for wheelchairs nor the infirm, and is up a fairly steep road with some loose stones.
