Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of three docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Notes to the rental rates

• Minimum of one week rental with discounted rates for monthly rentals. 11% tax required plus $75 cleaning fee upon departure. You will be charged for long distance calls, recommend buying a calling card. Any damage or excessive cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit. The reservation deposit money will be subtracted off the balance due. The reservation deposit is due (45)days prior to occupancy.
