Springtime at Maison Frère in Collioure

This place (1 large app.+ 2 smaller in the same house) fulfilled all our expectations and more for a large family of 11 people with small children. The location could not be better in the very centre of Collioure and yet without disturbing noise from the street and square below. The owner was extremely kind, helpful and gave fast responses to our questions. For the children (3 years and 9 months) the most popular activities were the shore, feeding the ducks and the playground. For the older family members,the shore, the sightseeings, the possibility to hike to Port Vendre or the Fort Elme as well as the tennis facilities just outside the centre was most appreciated.
As we all fancy French food, fish and shell fish as well as products from the local market (taking place twice a week), this is really the place for us!
We have been to Collioure 3 times before, but this time it was the first time that we stayed at this place (Maison Frère) and we will certainly come back to this very appartment.
