Its authentic charm with wooden floors, antique Savoyard furniture mixed with contemporary décor create a cosy ambiance. Available Catered or self catered. The Chalet is approx 400m2 Sleeping 12/14. Five large spacious bedrooms with king sized beds - goose down duvets, Crisp white cotton sheets and fluffy towels in the en suite bathrooms. Lounge/dining room - separate lounge with open Log fire. Large Kitchen, Heated Boot room. The chalet is equipped with Hot Tub TV,DVD, X box, Free WIFI and Satellite Channels, Games, Toys and Sledges. Trampoline and BBQ for Summer. Set in a large garden, great for playing, sledging and snowman building. The Chalet is built into the south side of the Vallee du Giffre, just above the picturesque village of Samoens, the only resort to be listed as a 'Monument Historique', with its beautiful town square, surrounded by bars, restaurants and lovely shops. We will take you to the ski lifts every day if you are taking the catered option. You will be able discover the fabulous Grand Massif ski area - 265 kms of tree- lined pistes, which include Flaine, Samoens, Morillion, Les Carroz and Sixt. All boast an excellent snow record. Flaine has some great off piste snow bowls too! We are only 1 hour from Geneva airport, or 7 to 8 hours drive from Calais and is one of the closest ski resorts from Calais. The summers are amazing here - the scenery is as amazing. It is a perfect resort for an individual or for a Family activity holiday, with Fantastic walks ,waterfalls, mountain, white water rafting, biking, swimming lakes the list is endless!

A fantastic time will be had by all at Chalet Isabella. The brilliant hospitality shows an intuitive talent to know people's needs. The chalet is maintained so that each day seems like the first, and each meal prepared as if it were the last. No comfort is spared. Great cooking, great cakes and great company.

Thanks to Sara and James for making our stay so friendly and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for us, our friends or any of the children and all had a fantastic New Year. The food is all you desire, homely comforting and simple, the wine was better than we had experianced in other chalets.The Chalet is a delight with character, warmth and great views across to Samoens and Morillon and it makes a real difference when run by the owners.It really is only 10 mins to the slopes !! We certainly will be back. The ski area is extensive and with James happy to drop us where we wanted in the morning and make some excellent suggestions to suit our ability it was as good as having a guide thrown into the package. Good luck for the coming season and we will be in touch.
