Apartments 119 and 301 are one bedroom duplex apartments with bathroom and shower room. Kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking pans and settings for 6. Iron and ironing board. Lounge with double sofabed, armchair (119), TV with English Channels, DVD player, ceiling fan, standing fan and two sets of French doors leading onto large terrace with patio table and chairs. First floor, bedroom with twin beds, large fitted wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, ceiling fan, standing fan, sliding doors onto balcony. Refurbishment completed: 119 - November 2007 and 301 - April 2008. The safes are now free to use.

Costa Adeje is an up and coming resort with the beaches of Playa Fanabe and Playa del Duque for swimming and sunbathing. The area also offers numerous shops, bars and restaurants, but is family orientated and trouble free. The livelier area of the veronicas with its clubs and bars is a short taxi ride away. There are very many attractions to be visited on the island, including the brand new Siam Park - Loro Parque, Las Aguilas, the fantastic Medieval night at Castillo San Miguel, Aqua Park and the magnificent Mount Teide to name just a few. Something for all ages.

Yucca Park is a small attractive well appointed complex with two swimming pools and an excellent children’s pool. Pleasant pool bar/restaurant. Squash court, solarium and self-service laundry. The complex is very well situated being a 5 minute stroll from Fanabe beach with its beach bars and water sports facilities. There is a taxi rank 50 yards from the complex entrance.

Other Activities: Whale and dolphin trips, 10 pin bowling, squash, water sports, crazy golf, trampolining, children’s soft play area.

Apartment 301, Yucca Apartments

We stayed in apartment 301 in April 2008 and it was lovely. The apartment is newly refurbed and is a great place to chill out in the sun. The apartment is spacious but we were only 2 in it - 5 might be a squeeze... We read several negative reviews about Yucca but our apartment was clean and new, the pool and terrace area are also great. The swimming pools are cold but once you're in they're refreshing!

Only negative is the area, it is very touristy but thats South Tenerife for you, short walk is Plaza Del Durque which has some great cocktail bars and is generally really nice.

I would recommend this for a winter sun get away to laze by the pool and eat out in the evening.
Owner's Response: The negative reviews were made before the complex was sold into private ownership. Since the apartments have been privately owned, the majority have been refurbished.
We have had 5 persons staying in the apartments with absolutely no problems. We do however welcome any comments made.

could not fault anything at all.description of property exactley as says.
perfect location,paul and pauline who run the bar very good hosts (thats from a publican).all in all one of the best apartments i have stayed in for a while.lots of nice restraunts and bars within walking distance.

We stayed in apt 301 in Sep 2008 and it was lovely. Having stayed at Yucca Park on several occasions this apt tops the lot. Everything in the apt was of the highest standard. The furnishings were beautiful and the beds the most comfiest we have ever slept in on hol.Booking was made easy and Tracey kept in constant contact. Will definately be returning great apt great location.

Very nice and clean apartment, nicely furnished, friendly staff, centrally located but quiet, just short walk to a well supervised beach.

Owners communication and flexibility was first class and we will definately be going back again for another enjoyable relaxing break.
