On Sundays the neighborhood becomes pedestrian for a traffic free walk.

A true way to experience Paris!

This was truly an amazing apartment. Its location was prime, with metro stop st. paul and super markets just about a 3 minute walk away. Le Marais was a great place to stay, with many great restaurants, cafes, and pubs. I felt very safe staying in this area. Carlos was amazing too! Very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Decidimos pasar una semana en noviembre en Paris y elegimos este apartamento. En pleno centro de París resultó ser un apartamento limpio, bonito,bien acondicionado y muy cómodo. Detalles como la lavadora y la secadora me llamaron positivamente la atención. Preparado para el frio con calefacción en las dos estancias y una cocina muy bien equipada. Situación inmejorable a 10 minutos andando de Notre Dame, la Sante Chapelle y al lado de la rue de Rivoli que comunica con el Louvre y les Halles entre otros sitios interesantes. Con el metro también al lado y en un barrio, Le Marais, que también merece ser visitado por la historia que destila y el encanto de sus calles, tiendas y restaurantes muy animados (incluso en noviembre).Realmente recomendable. El trato con el propietario al ser en español se nos hizo muy cómodo y fácil. Contestaba a todas nuestras dudas y consultas siempre con gran rapidez y eficacia.

Bright & Sunny: a Great base for exploring

We enjoyed our stay enormously. Everything was as described & we would agree with other revirewers. The flat was beautifully located for all the places we wanted to visit. Great food was available nearby and the flat is just a short srole to the Metro. Altogether, an excellent experience in a lively area of Paris.

The area around the apartment, the Marais and Rue de Rivoli /St. Antoine is great. Moving around is easy from Metro St. Paul and there are lots of cafes on Rue Roi de Sicile. The apartment is up 85 winding stairs-so not for the lame. The roof top view toSt Paul's dome is splendid. It is a pleasant light and adequate flat for two. The owner has recently upgraded the cooking utensils and crockery in the apartment.
We highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment. In the heart of Marais where you can browse and eat for ever to work up your stamina for the five flights of stairs that await you.. Keeps you fit, and so much better than the average, small, Paris Hotel Room.
Professional communication throughout, everythying just as described and perfect welcome from Carlos.
Go for it. You will not regret it.
