Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable when making your booking. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security deposit of £250 per week is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

    Current year prices are available, as quoted above, for bookings made before 31 December for the following year. A discount is also available for returning guests.

    Telephone (calls are charged on meter reading).

    In addition, and most important of all, we offer you the support of our local English representative who lives close by and will be on hand to help and advise as necessary.

    Prices do not include:
    * Telephone calls which are charged at 15 cents per unit based on meter readings.
    * Additional cleaning is available on request and charged at €18 per hour.
    These charges should be paid before departure directly to our representative.
  • Other information:
    Lettings are from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am).
    Please note the villa is set on a hillside with a steep private access road to the gates and steps up to the house. The villa may, therefore, not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility problems.

We have rented a number of vacation properties over the years and this is by far the best. If Michelin rated this type of property I am sure it would be a five star. Everything is top notch. The internet access and Sky satellite are a bonus. But you don't really need them with the views and the pool. We highly recommend Villa la Bosquet to anyone wanting a beautiful place within easy driving of many places and of course the sea.

There are at least ten golf courses within about 30 minutes drive from the villa. Our closest ones are Golf de la Grand Bastide in Chateauneuf de Grasse and Golf d'Opio Valbonne.

Next Time We Won't Leave

We were captivated by the view from Le Bosquet. We always thought that the view at Zannos Melathron on Santorini was untouchable, but we were wrong. We returned last night to the States and are already plotting another trip. Breakfast and dinners every day at home, and lunches from Cap Ferrat to Sainte Tropez were heavenly. Your representative was an anchor to windward.... always helpful and delightful. You have not missed a single detail in the design, decor, and operation of your exquisite villa. We are home, but now we are homesick!!
