Photos and Description of this Marrakech holiday villa 5 double bedroom villa for 10 with private pool in central Marrakech.

Tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern Moroccan style including paintings and ornaments, the Villa has 5 double rooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The master bedroom has its own en-suite, living area, massage table and balcony. There are 2 living rooms with a fully functional fireplace and an office. In house entertainment facilities are large plasma screen TV, DVD, satellite and hi-fi system with satellite TV in each bedroom. A large dinning room leads off to the private pool and caters for a party of 10. Next to the pool is the pool lounge, and there are 2 roof top terraces to soak in the sun with views of the Atlas Mountains.There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast area for the use of our guests. There is air conditioning through out the house. The villa has a small garden adorned with cati and has ample car parking space and a double garage.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30 % non refundable deposit is required upon booking with the final payment plus a refundable deposit for breakages of £ 200 is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. All cleaning costs are included in the rental price.

    We can accept direct bank transfer in Euro or GBP, or credit cards via Paypal in Euros or GBP. However this will cost a further 3.5 % charge on your cost.

    Please note we do not accept bookings from all male groups or stag parties. The villa is ideal for families and couples.
  • Included in your price is a full time maid who cleans on a daily basis, and she also cooks for our guests if required. She has a wide range of Moroccan menus and guests enjoy the ability to choose their menu and after paying only for the ingredients which she will go and buy and can then enjoy a feast in privacy of the villa. This has been very popular with guests as it gives them choice yet is very good value as the meals are at cost using the wide range of fresh products available in the local shops.

We had a great holiday in Marrakesh and perhaps the best part of it was to have been able to come back to the serene and private villa after long days exploring the city. The property was beautifully decorated, modern, and spacious and the pool was great fun! The maid, Nadia, kept the place clean and tidy and cooked lovely meals for us when required. The location was good, with a supermarket just outside the back door and the central areas a short taxi ride away. We were not disappointed and would gladly recommend this property to friends and family.

The best holiday to date!!

All 10 of us had the most amazing holiday staying at Villa Zainab in Marrakech! And I would even go as far as saying that it was one of the best holidays each of us has ever experienced. With the lovely decor of the villa and each room being so incredibaly decorated, it really made us all feel like we were experiencing the 'real' Morocco.

We were extremely happy with the services that came with booking this villa. One of these was our personal driver/tour guide, who on one day took us all to explore the Atlas Mountains! Anything we needed Jamal was there to help. It was also fantastic having our very own cook, Nadia, who prepared us freshly cooked Moroccon dishes every evening which were absolutely beautiful!!! And I also must mention the tasty Moroccon pancakes and all the freshly baked pastries we had for breakfasts!

It was wonderful having our very own pool as some of the days we did not particularly feel like venturing out so lounging around the pool area, in the glorious Moroccon sun, was brilliant!

I must also mention that the villa is in a very convenient location and easily accessible to all the main tourist attractions.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone considering to visit Marrakech. I will definately be returning, as will, the other nine people in our group.

Beautiful villa.

To be honest, I am normally too lazy to do reviews of anything, but this villa was just too good not to review. A very friendly owner was just the start of what was an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom which was massive and beautifully set out.
The best thing I can say is just to go there and experience it yourself! You won't be dissappointed.

Oh yeah, Marrakech was pretty cool as well!

What can I say, Villa Zainab meet all our requirements and more. We had a fabulous time and are hoping to go back next year. Nadia was perfect and really was the icing on the cake. Never stopped cooking and cleaning and helping in any way possible, nothing was too much.

I would certainly recommend Villa Zainab to anyone and fingers crossed hoping to go back!

wow!! what can I say the villa was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool was a great hit with the children great for adults as well to relax in after a long day out. Rooms all a/c away from all the noise sleep forever!!. The owner was very helpful with his knowledge of Morocco and flexibility with everything. Nadia was great to have, coming back to a clean villa was brill, would recommend to anyone with a large party.
Enjoyed by all of us.
