Special Feature - Hot-tub::
One of the extra-special features of our villa is the private family-sized hot-tub which is located on the large rear outdoor dining patio area. Soothe away the strains, stresses, aches and pains of your day in the comfort of your own secluded garden. Whether it be from a long hot day on the fairways, a hectic day of shopping in the city, a day of outdoor pursuits or just simply exploring the delights of the Spanish countryside, your relaxing hot spa and a cool glass of cava awaits you. This Hotsprings Tiger River spa seats 5 people in comfort and includes one lounger seat for the ultimate in relaxation and enjoyment. The powerful, adjustable water jet systems provide you with the best in hydro-massage therapy and relaxation. The simple, easy to use jet controls ensure you get the most from your spa experience. Note: The spa is professionally maintained throughout the year to ensure that the water in the unit is always kept at optimum freshness and cleanliness for your comfort.
Rear Patio and Garden::
Our secluded, extended rear patio and garden provides a mix of all day sunshine areas and pleasant shaded areas for your use dependant on your personal preference. The bamboo-topped pergola, covering the outdoor dining and relaxation area, provides a shaded area to escape the extreme of the midday sunshine or a just pleasant refuge for those who may prefer a slightly cooler environment during the day. This shaded pergola area is furnished with a large wooden patio table and 6 wooden reclining patio chairs with cushion pads and is perfect for outdoor dining either during the daytime or in the pleasant summer evenings. A small gas barbecue is also provided in this area for your use.
The hot-tub is located on another part of the patio open area, as are the garden sun loungers. There is also a small grassed area which provides an alternative to the patio area.
Roof Solarium::
For the real sun-lovers, there is a large open rooftop solarium which gets the all-day Spanish sunshine. This rooftop area, accessed by the external covered stairway, is furnished with sun loungers, a small patio table and chairs, and a sun umbrella. The folding chairs and umbrella on this solarium are very lightweight so they can be easily transported to the poolside or the beach.
Golf:
Our villa is situated on the new Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort which boasts a superb 18-hole golf course designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus. The La Torre course is just one of the several new Jack Nicklaus courses being developed with Polaris World in the Murcia area. These 8 Polaris World resort courses, which include duplicates of many of JN's signature golf holes from around the world, will eventually form the heart of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, the largest golfing experience in Europe....all within a 25 kilometre radius of the La Torre resort.
When renting our villa you will be eligible for discounted golf rates on all the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses that are completed. Details on application.
With the La Torre resort being situated centrally between Murcia and Cartagena it is ideally placed within 1 hours drive of approximately another 40 popular courses in the Murcia and Valencia regions, including La Manga Club, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum, Pereleja Golf, Roda Golf, La Finca and Serena Golf...to mention but a few. A real golfing paradise!
