Costa Esuri is an amazing new golf resort in Spain. It is located in that part of traditional Spain that those in the know would describe as ‘undiscovered and unspoilt”. It nestles in the low hills just north of Ayamonte and just over the border from Portugal. It is geographically part of the Algarve that is famed for its fantastic golf courses. The courses at Costa Esuri are no exception. If golf, eating and drinking are not your things, then Costa Esuri is only a 10-minute drive from some of Europe’s best beaches. Often deserted, the white sand and shallow waters stretch for miles in each direction. OK, so it is the Atlantic Ocean, which may not be as warm as the Mediterranean, but this brings advantages too. It helps to mediate the climate making it not too hot in the summer and not too cool in the winter. The summers are still hot by our standards but not the sweltering heat that you can get elsewhere in Spain. This makes Costa Esuri the perfect year-round resort.
