This magnificent villa, 'Les Terrasses de Goudargues' lies on the heights of the pretty village of Goudargues at walking distance from shops restaurants and the weekly market. Built two years ago to very high standards the villa is a perfect holiday home. The garden has been paved providing large sun terraces surrounding the large swimming pool ( alarm security system ) with a covered summer dining room, bar and built in BBQ plus wc cloakroom. The ground floor is large and airy with bay windows leading on to the terrace. There is a well equipped open plan kitchen, and a separate laundry room, plus a large garage. Upstairs are three double bedded rooms and one single.

Goudargues known as the Venise Gardoise due to the canal that flows quietly through the village lies in the unspoilt Ceze river valley. In the region of Uzes, and at less than an hour from both Avignon and Nimes with all their historical sites plus the world famous Pont du Gard. Just north of the Camargue National park with the long sandy beaches of Montpellier for day trips.

The beautiful countryside of the Cèze river valley provides many activities: walking , biking, canoeing and just lazing on one of the pretty riverside beaches. The valley abounds with tiny, picturesque medieval villages to be visited and many tempting restaurants to be tried! The centre of Goudargues is at walking distance, about 800mts, and has two bakers, one an excellent patisserie, a butchers , fresh green groceries and a good supermarket where everything can be found. Large hypermarkets can be found at Bagnols, about 15 mins away. There is a bustling market every Wednesday with an excellent choice of fresh local produce. Horse riding is also available nearby as is canoeing on the rivers Ardeche and Ceze. Very well situated for sight seeing with Avignon and Nimes at less than an hour away, Uzes with its its bustling Provencal market is even nearer. Further south is the Camargue National Park and the long sandy beaches near Montpellier.
