Modern 2-bedroom front-line apartment.
My apartment is located in a private gated complex in a quiet part of exclusive the Cabo Roig area of south Costa Blanca and is situated just 300m from the sea. There are several amenities within the extensive grounds including BBQ area, floodlit tennis courts, childrens' play area plus 3 swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The nearest restaurants and bars, shops and banks are about 300m away. There are also 3 championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Several 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches are close by with Cabo Roig beach a leisurely 10-minute stroll and other beaches including La Zenia and Campoamor less than 2km away. Water sports are available at Cabo Roig and Campoamor marinas, with other activies such as go-karting, a bowling-alley, cinema, horse-riding nearby along with an aqua park at Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a popular bustling town just 10km away with more extensive shops and plenty of late opening bars and clubs for those interested in lively night life.
