An ancient two-floor red villa surrounded by a garden, a pinewood and with a beautiful swimming pool with barbecue and stone table under the shadow. There are six bedroom and three bathrooms, two living rooms with fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen, parking space. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen bed and three with single beds for a total of 12 people.

Mottola, a small town on a hill with an ancient centre. Your can find all types of shops and supermarkets, banks, laundries, bars, restaurants and churches.

Beaches and horse riding
The nearest beach is at about 20 minutes' drive on the Ionean coast and 40 minutes on the Adriatic coast. Horse riding at 10 minutes.
