This 4 bed luxury villa has fabulous sea views from the pool terrace, lounge & roof terrace. Primarily the outside area is on 2 levels, upper level the villa, with gated staircase to pool terrace. The villa has just been totally reformed, with new kitchen, new bathrooms, windows, flooring and furniture June 08. The villa consists of main house, 3 double beds, 2 ensuite shower rooms & 1 bathroom, lounge with separate dining area, and large bright kitchen & seating area, with direct access to a BBQ area and terrace with dining area. A traditional Naya (covered terrace) with seating again to enjoy an evening cocktail & the sea view. External access leads to a large double bed room with ensuite shower room, large windows, again to enjoy that view. There is a large terrace with gated stairs to the spacious pool & terrace below (also with seaview). There is also a lawn, if you or the kids want to play on grass.

The bathrooms are all new with a new bedroom & ensuite shower room built below, which has fabulous sea views from the bed !.The Garden & upper terrace are separated from the pool by a gate & steps .. making it child friendly & secure. The villa has spectacular sea views from Pool , lounge & a roof terrace, and is only 5 minutes drive from the Arenal beach area. There is a restaurants within walking distance. A car port is available for 2 cars. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, and cool storage for the wine and a 2nd large fridge..essential for summer

Great villa in a fantastic location. All you need is either in the villa or on your door step. I do not think that there was anything more that we felt that we wanted that was not already there - how often can you say that about a holiday rental.
Totally safe for young children as all the boundary is walled / fenced with a locakble entrance gate and gated pool - good for peace of mind.
Pool towels and a bottle of red wine when you get there - it all makes a difference.

I really have tried to make sure Villa Vista is a stylish but practical holiday home , so that clients can just relax, enjoy the beautiful views & take advantage of the wonderful facilities & ambience that Javea has to offer. I have basically furnished the villa with everything I myself have in my own home ..& if something is missing , I am only a phone call away as I actually moved here after enjoying many villa rental holidays in Javea.

My family , three kids two adults have been holidaying in Javea for many years and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The views are superb, particularly enjoyed seeing the town lit up at night from the roof terrace whilst sipping a small brandy. The villa was very clean and everything was provided. Bev was very helpful and available at the end of a phone if needed. Can't recommend this villa enough, Javea is a lovely town, great for small kids and teenagers alike. All I can say is go and enjoy, we did.

I would like to endorse previous reviews!VG accomodation,great views,close to local beaches and shops etc.Definitely need a car.Bev's handbook is great and her tips re restaurants & bars are v.helpful and spot on!Good facilities for eating in aswell as very good range of places to eat out!

A lovely villa and town to match.

This is a truly beautiful villa.There was more than enough space for our group of 4 adults and 3 children with much room to spare.It is equipped with everything you need on a villa holiday - the washing machine was a god send - no taking a suitcase of dirty clothes home!It was very clean and had just been refurbished to a very high standard.There are numerous seating areas outside - by the pool, on the terrace, by the BBQ all with the beautiful sea views.The beach with a large selection of bars and restaurants can be seen (but not heard) from the villa and is only a 5/10 minute drive away.The town is lovely and has everything you'll need - no end of supermarkets to choose from.I cannot fault this villa or the area,and to add to just how lovely it is the owner was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process from booking to leaving day.We especially found her 'manual' very helpful and visited quite a few of the places recommended.The only thing I would add is that you will need to hire a car as nothing is really in walking distance (apart from a very lovely restaurant at the bottom of the road - try the steak on the stone!)but we didn't find this a problem at all because nothing was far in the car.I will definately be visiting this villa again!
Owner's Response: What can I say but thank you. Having rented Villas in Javea for 10 years, before we bought our own, I have tried to make sure that anything I missed, has been included. As for Javea .. well we kept coming back & moved here .. that says it all.
