We have just returned from our second holiday in this fantastic apartment, and we have already booked another two weeks for next year. It's right in the middle of Las Americas, perfectly situated for all the beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with all the facilities you would expect, including British TV! The bathroom is lovely and clean, and the washing machine is very useful. The living space is bright and spacious, with a lovely fully equipped kithen. The balcony is well above average size, which was a real bonus. My partner and I have been there on our own, and also with our son, and as there are two single beds and a sofa bed which becomes a double bed, it could comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The complex itself is spotless, with well maintained gardens throughout. It is protected by gates to which only occupants of properties have keys, which reduces the risk of strangers and noise spoiling your holiday. There is a lovely pool area, with plenty of loungers and a poolside bar/snack bar - try the sangria!! It is not a noisy commercial complex; in fact many of the apartments are lived in (not holiday homes) so you can be assured you won't be woken up at all hours by noisy clubbers. When we have dealt with the owner, Stuart, we have always found him to be extremely helpful. The best places we have found to eat whilst on our holidays were: - La Costa tapas bar, in Los Cristianos, Rong Cheng chinese buffet restaurant - as much as you can eat for 6.50 euro, and only 3 minutes walk from apartment on CC Las Palmeras, opposite Burger King, and Surfer's Family Pub, which is on the street which backs onto the Compostela apartment complex. We also visited Siam Park, the new water park, which was fantastic. We booked our tickets from Mika - walk out through the rear entrance to the apartment complex, turn right, and its' the first place you come to on the corner of the main road. We also found Mika to have the best currency exchange rate both of the times we have been to Las Americas. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone if they want to enjoy a lovely holiday in relaxing surroundings, yet be just a stone's throw from the lively amenities that this beautiful resort has to offer.
