Ca' Luna (99 square meters/1200 square feet; for up to 6 people) is on the first floor. Ca' Luna has white dominant colour, old beams, white parquet, mezzanine. The apartment features modern furniture by most famous Italian and International designers. The apartment has an independent entrance The main attraction is the combination between contemporary design and antique context.

Ca Luna apartment (99 square meter/1068 square feet) is at the first floor. It has been completely renovated and work has ended at the end of 2007. It has been decorated in a modern style but has original beams, mezzanine and antique parquet. It features furniture by famous contemporary Italian and International designers. The apartment includes a big living/dining room with two windows overlooking a lovely canal and a garden; a double room with ensuite bathroom; a second double bedroom where the bed that can be divided in two single beds; third bedroom with sofa bed for two people; second bathroom; fully equipped kitchen; laundry room at the ground floor with washing machine, dryer and dryer rack. Baby cot available upon request. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and property has private entrance.

Surrounded on three sides by large bodies of water - St. Mark's Basin and both the Giudecca and the Grand Canal - this is the neighborhood that was the scene for 'Summer time,' David Lean's effusive 1955 film starring Katharine Hepburn It is a dramatic peninsula, a spectacular Baroque skyline crowned by the magnificent dome of Santa Maria Della Salute, crisscrossed with narrow canals, narrower alleyways and particularly congenial squares and walled gardens. Campo Santa Margherita, with its cafes, fish market and wine shop. Dorsoduro, with its art colleges and university, has long been home to artists, designers, writers and educators.
