The complex is in an excellent location only 5 min walk to the beach and Alvor centre, so no need for a car. It's location provides easy access to a number of top golf courses. The complex has 2 swimming pools (adults and children's splash pool). Accommodation consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room area which has a dining table for 4 and a sitting area that has 1 sofa bed. The kitchen has all mod cons and the balcony has great views of the sunsets in the late, spring, summer & early Autumn. We provide bath towels, sheets, we have 2 types of heating, air-conditioning, a washing machine, 4 ring hob, an oven, a micro wave, DVD player, Satellite TV, hair dryer, a safe, iron & Ironing board. We can organise transport from the airport if required.

Check in is after 14:00 hrs on arrival day, and check out is before 12:00.Other arrangements are possible if no other guests are coming in/going out the same day. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Alvor

The Algarve has a temperature climate almost all year round and boasts about 300 days of sunshine. Tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quietens down in winter. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the best in the world.

Local Food & Drink

The local food just has to be tried, with fresh fish straight from the mornings catch. Most restaurants have charcoal grills, producing some of the best food of the region. There is also a good selection of Italian & Pizza restaurants, Chinese Indian's and good Steak Houses. A lot of the bars have live music. There are also quieter bars for those who prefer the sound of good conversation.

Shopping

Typical tourist Shops in Alvor, For A good days shopping go to the Portimao Town Centre - good for shoe and handbag shopping. Excellent leather shops. Algarve shopping center open 10.00 - 22.00 in the winter and till Midnight in the summer. There are plenty of shops and food eatery/restaurants.
