One independent house comprising 2 large studio apartments with spacious veranda and shared pool facing the sea for 3 to 4 persons .Located on a hillside, one mile away from a long and secluded sandy beach with crystal clear seawater, and from Chrani typical Greek village with super markets, bakeries, local”tavernas” restaurants and beach bars. The property is sitting on 2000 m2 of landscaped grounds with a wide variety of Mediterranean trees, plants and flowers. Parking below property. Shared swimming pool. Amidst olive groves, vineyards, cypress and fruit trees, the property enjoys a wonderful panoramic sea view of the whole Messinian Bay. A very nice villa & excellent host

The villa was very clean and nicely & recently furnished. The garden area with a pool (shared with 2 smaller apartments) was lovely and neat. All information in advance was prompt & accurate & timely. The owner Patrick was a goldmine for local information and very helpful, but gave us privacy as well. The location is not remote, but in the countryside on the hilltop, so you need a car for going restaurants/shops etc. (5-10 minutes drive). Chrani village is ok but rather small, but there are several nice villages/towns in 30 minutes reach, f.ex. Koroni. Patrick´s restaurant recommondations were good. We were now a company of 4 persons, but the premises would fit well for larger companies as well, eg. you can rent the villa & 1-2 apartments in the neighbouring house. We definately recommend this!
