This is a fully equipped apartment with all facilities. There is a large air conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe and plentiful storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a washer/dryer and a fridge/ freezer. The living room is air conditioned with a large sofa that converts into a double bed, a single armchair that converts to a single bed. There are full dining facilities, a tv, dvd and full internet access with a computer and printer. The bathroom has a bath with shower and all facilities. There is a balcony the full length of the apartment, which is on the second floor with lift access. The property is 5 minutes from the Riquier train station, 3 minutes from the tram, bus stop outside the door and 5 minutes from the beach and the old town. There are beaches within 5 minutes in two directions and the port is less than 5 minutes away.

Located just metres from the Port of Nice within walking distance of all the major attractions. Excellent transport connections to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Grasse and Italy. Ferry connection to Corsica. Superb walks to Villefranche sur Mer. The bustling harbour with all the mega yachts and cruise ships provides a wonderful backdrop to this property. The old town is full of winding streets, markets and restaurants. Supermarket 50 metres from the front door, bakeries, butchers, fish market and vegetables within minutes walk.

Great apartment! Great location.

This apartment is really nice. It's very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very well presented. The location is ideal although the road outside is a bit busy. It's an easy walk to the old town and transport links are good. So easy to get around and no need for a car.There are also plenty of places to eat locally.We went to a little local jazz club one night and had a great time.

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location beside the Port, and a few minutes walk from the Old Town.

Very comfortable and very well presented with everything needed provided.

The apartment has many great places to eat nearby, and provides a great base to explore further by bus or train.

Highly recommended.

A great apartment with excellent facilities. The apartment is set in a superb location close to the Port and Nice-old town, allowing for lovely walks around the area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will certainly be staying here again. A well presented and convenient place to stay.
