If you choose our apartment you choose a sunny place with a beautiful garden with perfect views all around the mountains and to the village. Our historic vacation house in the original Tyrolean farmhouse style is quietly located (dead end street). The location offers a beautiful view of the Stubaier Alps from a sunny bench by the house. During the summer, you can start directly in front of the house and go into the mountains without needing to use a car. The apartments are furnished with love and offer exciting atmosphere with modern comforts. During the winter, the ski regions in Stubaital Valley can be reached in a few minutes. The ski resort Schlick 2000 can be reached in only 2 minutes. The water park in Stubai, with its giant slides, sunbathing area, playground, beach volleyball, sauna, the city center and the ski-bus stop can all be reached within minutes on feet.

In this homely comfortable apartment there is a specious kitchenette with a 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, radio-cassette-CD player, SAT-TV, a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a comfortable sitting corner in the roomy eat-in kitchen - plus a lot of storage room. The bedroom is generously designed with a double bed and a single bed. The roomy bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. In the extra entrance area, you can put your hiking and skiing materials. A bakery in Tyrol can deliver breakfast rolls on request, a store (bargain store) is found just around the corner. 2 restaurants are found just 2 minutes from the house. The house has its own parking space. A sunny garden and a terrace belong to the house. You have the opportunity to eat here. You can use deck chairs, a small playground and 2 mountain bikes (with a child seat) free of charge. We look forward to your visit!

The Stubaital Valley belongs to Tyrol’s top skiing areas. This is where athletic skiers and snowboarders come as well as recreational skiers and families. You can reach our ski area Schlick 2000 with a 2 minute drive or the free ski-bus will bring you directly to the entrance of the gondolas. Relaxation and fun can be found at the Stubai water park with wellness area, slides, and playground, as well as beach volleyball. The water park is just a few minutes walk away.

During this period the whole of Innsbruck will become a huge stadium with 100,000 guests expected to attend, you too can experience this event live and also enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our house and valley.

Ski: Winter fans won´t have any regrets in the Stubai valley: In Austria´s biggest glacier skiing area, with absolute snow guarantee from October to June, 100km of slopes make sure that there is 'pow(d)er snow' the whole year through. A valley that combines sport and life in a dreamlike landscape. The following ski areas are close to our house: 'Schlick 2000' (2 Min), the' Stubaier Gletscher' (Austria largest whole year ski resort) . The ski resort Serles (4 min) and the ski resort Elfer (7 Min.) There is a free ski-bus to the Schlick 2000 and the Stubaier Glacier (only 2 min. from our house.) We are happy to assist guests get the most out of their skiing holidays. We are located just 20 minutes from Innsbruck airport and can arrange for Airport Transfers etc. We can assist guests with ski hire, ski lessons etc. Please ask if there are any special requests.

Golf: Golf : Seefeld, Lans, Igls, Achensee, Rinn You can reach this places between 30 and 60 min from our house.

Au mois de septembre, j'ai Séjourné Dans l'appartement de Carole Pircher-Maes et j'ai bien apprécié cet appartement et confort fils.

  Mais le point fort de cette localisation est Incontestablement la gentillesse et la disponibilité de sa propriétaire Qui a tout fait pour Rendre ce séjour agréable et en plus en français.
