A fresh modern tastefully decorated 2 bedroom private villa situated in an ideal position to explore all the delights that a beautiful city like Cape Town has to offer. Only 20 mins from the V & A waterfront, 10 minutes from the shoppers paradise of Canal Walk and 5 minutes from the white soft sandy beaches of Bloubergstrand, our 2 bedroomed villa is ideal for either a family of four or 2 couples travelling together. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private en suite shower room whilst the other bedroom has 2 single beds - both have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is open plan to the living room which leads out onto a paved pool patio with garden furniture and a small lawned area. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences you might need in a home from home. The villa has a private garage with an entrance leading directly into the villa. A great base for your holiday but tranquil enough to just spend a few days lazing around the pool too!

You will be spoilt for choice for things to do in the area. The villa is situated a short drive from Canal Walk shopping mall with fabulous designer shops as well as the Ratanga Junction theme park. The sandy beaches are just 5 minutes away and it is from these beaches that the iconic shots of Table Mountain are always taken. Kitesurfing and all types of watersports are popular here and the paved promenades are great for strolling, roller blading or cycling whilst taking in the natural unspoilt beauty of the area. There are several golf courses in the area most notably at Atlantic Beach and Milnerton golf clubs, Small Bay and Big Bay are popular with the locals and the BLUE PETER hotel at Small Bay is a 'sundowners' institution. The city,the mountain and the waterfront are only 15 mins drive away and the winelands are an easy day trip not to be missed. The area abounds with many great restaurants and the villa is also within an easy walking distance of a super little shopping mall.

  • Refundable security and breakage deposit of £150 payable at time of last payment. For letting periods in excess of three weeks, the refundable security deposit is £200. 50% of rental rate payable as deposit at time of booking and balance 8 weeks before. Cancellations more than 2 months before booking dates will receive a 50% refund of monies paid, between 6-8 weeks - 25% refund and cancellations made less than 6 weeks to booking date forfeit all monies paid. A cleaning fee of ZAR 300 is payable to the local agent PRIOR to departure.In cases of occupancy longer than 3 weeks, this fee will be ZAR 400.

Notes: The house is fully secure and fitted with an alarm system and electricity is on a prepaid meter - this will be topped up prior to guests arrival. Our local agent ,whose telephone number will be supplied, will be on hand to welcome guests and explain any other details. All garden furniture including table and 4 chairs, a parasol and sun loungers and cushions ,is stored in the garage. A cleaning/maid service can be pre-arranged should you require this, the villa is thoroughly cleaned after each guests departure.

We had a fantastic holiday the house was lovely it was home from home. The area was nice and quiet about 20 mins by car to the centre where all the main attractions are. We would definately reccomend car hire we didnt hire a car and the taxis are rather unreliable and try to rip you off if you dont know where your going. We would definately recommend this property.

We definitely recommend car hire to visit CT's many tourist attractions. Cape Town's public transport system still leaves much to be desired although there is much development now in the run-up to the 2010 Football World Cup! The local shops and restaurants at The Village Shopping Mall are within comfortable walking distance - try Mugg and Bean for a great breakfast before you head off exploring!
