Our luxurious self-catering 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with private gardens is a fantastic holiday destination located in a secure gated community ideal for families, golfers and couples for all year round holidays. Elegantly furnished bedrooms (cot on request), air-conditioned, fully fitted kitchen and dining & lounge area (with DVD player and flat screen TV) that extends onto a large balcony give uninterrupted sea and mountain views. 2 car parking spaces (above and below ground) available. Two very large swimming pools (with baby pools), short tennis and a great choice of local golf courses are just a few of the sporting activities available on your doorstep. Benalmadena town, the traditional Pueblo, bars & clubs, restaurants, beaches, shops and the marina are all within easy reach. Tivoli world theme park with a mountain cable car and Sea Life centre are only 5 minute drive. For those winter breaks, the Sierra Nevada mountains with skiing are just 2 hour drive away

Costa del Sol enjoys year round sunshine with average temperatures ranges from 30oC in the summer to 18oC in the winter making it the ideal year round golf destination. Benalmadena Pueblo, a typical white washed Andalusian village boasts outstanding views of the landscape and coastline. Arroya de la Miel, situated about 1km inland, has many restaurants, cafes, bars and an array of shops. Popular attractions include Tivoli World Fun Park and the Teleferico cable car to Mount Calmorro more than 600m high. Benalmadena Costa boasts the Puerto Marina which has a wealth of shops bars, restaurants boutiques and a Sea Life centre. Several golf courses, water sports and a casino are nearby. Local towns include Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace is 90 minutes drive away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are approx 30 minutes drive. Local shopping centres include the Miramar shopping mall (15 minutes drive) and La Canada (pronounced Caniyada) is enroute to Marbella (30 minutes drive away).

Golf breaks: The apartment is ideally located for golfing breaks. The Arenal Golf complex has its own new 18 hole par 3 course (not yet open!). Within walking distance is Benalmadena Golf - a short par3 pitch and putt course - great for practising the short game. It has a club house, driving range, bar and restaurant facilities. Championship 18 hole courses are within driving distance from the apartment - enjoy a different course for every day of your stay. These include the famous Torrequebrada Golf Resort, 18 hole Par 72 within 5 minutes drive. There are many more golf courses within easy reach around the Costa del Sol and with a climate that ranges from around 30oC in the summer to 18oC in the winter, it makes it ideal for year round golf. Skiing breaks: Granada is a 2 hour journey connected by high speed motorways. Enjoy skiing in the Sierra Nevada - one of Spains best ski resort areas.

Getting there: Many budget airlines fly into Malaga Airport from local airports such as Luton, Gatwick, Leeds / Bradford, Doncaster, Exeter, Bournemouth and Southampton. The property is located on Phase 1 of Arenal Golf complex. Car hire is available from Malaga Airport. Follow signs for the N340 Motorway from the airport turning off at Arroya de la Miel / Benalmadena junction (222). Follow signs for Xanit International Hospital, which is located opposite the entrance gates to Phase 1 of Arenal Golf. Journey time 15 minutes max.Trains service the Malaga - Fuengirola line stopping at airport and Arroya de la Miel every half hour from 07.00 am to 11.00pm and is fairly inexpensive. Taxis are available outside Arroya train station to Arenal Golf. Taxi from Airport to Benalmadena costs about 25-30 euros.
