Notes to the rental rates

• Non - refundable deposit of 20% of rental value, to secure booking. Balance of rental value due 8 weeks before start of occupancy. There is a £100 per week damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents then this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period. If any damages do occur then the value will be assessed and deducted from the damage deposit. Booking discounts : LONG TERM RENTALS can be ARRANGED.Check-in time is at 2:00pm; We will make every possible effort to accommodate guests arriving prior to 2:00pm.
