For those who are looking for total privacy and relaxation, this location, just outside of Portovenere (about a mile and a half to the seafront), is the perfect place. From the very first moment you reach the property, you are welcomed by the enhancing perfume of rosemary bushes and lavender of the typical Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house. Natural beauty embraces you all of a sudden: olive trees, grape vines, aromatic plants and the little tomato garden tell that YOU ARE IN ITALY! The property is made up by two houses: main house with 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms and annex with 1 double bed, great outdoor kitchen and al fresco dining area. Out of the house a nice, covered terrace overlooking a very nice swimming pool 8m x 3m. On the terrace wicker armchairs, a small sofa and a tea table for spending relaxing afternoons sipping a refreshing cup of tea or a good beer! The house is perfect for small family groups with children or for 3 couples. Private Car parking.

As soon as you arrive on top of the hill the fantastic view leaves you breathless. Here you find the main villa. Upon entering the house a small living room with an old stone fireplace. This room has been very tastefully furnished with antiques found in different local antique markets. Other part of the main house are a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed while the second one has twin beds. Out of the house a nice, covered terrace overlooking a very nice swimming pool 8m x 3m. On the terrace wicker armchairs, a small sofa and a tea table for spending relaxing afternoons sipping a refreshing cup of tea or a good beer, and, if you have kids playing in the swimming-pool in front of you, you can still keep an eye on them without any stress! Over the main villa, the dependence with a real outdoor kitchen and two areas for dining al fresco. The small guest house has a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

For people looking for total privacy and relaxation, this location just outside Portovenere (about a mile and a half to the seafront) is the perfect place. Portovenere can be reached on foot going down a staircase about a ten to fifteen minute walk or by bus less than five minutes. Here you have a wide choice of activities, shopping, and restaurants to choose from. For those arriving by train, Portovenere can be reached either by taxi (15 minutes) or city buses (about 25 minutes). Taxi transfer from Pisa Airport is about 150,00 Euro one-way. The place can be reached from the public road that goes from La Spezia to Portovenere; a small car parking area, underneath the property is reserved to customers (authorizations request are in progress at the moment for making it wider and capable to welcome even big cars; by the moment only small cars can be parked there!) The slope is not very hard, but we suggest property to people in good shape Porterage service at arrival (4 to 5 pm)

The home was even better than the pictures, especially the view. Pretty something. The pool was just big enough for our small children and enjoyed by all. The highlight by far though was the outdoor kitchen which we used for all meals. It was a place we would go back.
