Summer holiday rental and self catering apartment by the sea, in Armação de Pêra only 15 minutes from Albufeira with excellent access made by new roads! Staying in my apartment (75 m2), 250m from the beach in Armação de Pêra in the center of the city, means to have: garage, free access to the swimming pool just in front of the apartment (British facility swimming pool, bar and restaurant) , bed linen and towels, cleaning of apart. and support from an agency - personnel speaking English - 100 meters from the apart. also in the main street. Besides the master room with a bed for 2, kitchen, balcony and WC (tub+shower, bidet), you also have a large living room with a bed sofa for 2 and dining table for 6 and high chair for baby. We also create a small space for kids: a few toys and books. I'm always available via mobile phone and usually contact the clients - my special guests! - to make sure you are feeling comfortable. Transfer from / to airport and car hire is possible.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from the center of Albufeira, having excellent access to Armação de Pêra, a village by the sea! You don't need to drive in Armação to find all answer to our needs: bakery, veggies market, supermarkerts, laundry, hair dresser, post office, banks, pharmacy, British restaurants/pubs, Portuguese restaurants/pubs by the sea with lovely and sunny terraces... At night you can also find pubs with live music, discos... The agency with whom we have an agreement will give you all the support you need! Only 100 meters from the flat also on the main streed! If you want to go somewhere they can help you to call for taxis, buy tickets for aqua fun centers, Theme Parks, Zoomarine (swim with dolphins), horse riding, fishing, cruises, excursions, directions to the golfers (amazing courses of Vilamoura, Vilasol, Salgados...) or just find out the most beautiful beaches of the area or go to Algarve Shopping to see cinema, bowling alley, discount retail and outlets...

Notes to the rental rates

  • The apartment is available during all year. Special price can be agreed for long lettings. About the 'Sunny Winter' from 1st Nov. till 31st Mars there is the extra cost of 1.8 B.pds or 2.5 euros per day for all electric and gas cost.
    Only in Summer time (from 15 July till 08 Sept), the change over day is on Saturdays/ Entrance hour: after 16H00 - Exit hour: till 11H00. Other periods of the year is flexible.
    To guarantee your reservation, we need a deposit of 30% on the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. In case of impossibility to come to my home, till those 8 weeks, all is immediately return to you. After that, soon I have a client for the same period all deposits are returned.
    Transfer from / to Faro's airport can be organized (payable to the driver 50 euros /4 people) on the the booking request. Also car hire can be organized, however, once at the apartment you don't need a car to have a relaxing holiday!All you need is there
  • The prices includs: garage, bed sheets (changed once per wk) and towels (changed twice per wk), eletricity costs (wall heaters in all wall and W.C.) and gas costs. After receiving the payments, we sent to the clients the proofs of deposit, booking confirmation and the personalised card (with the family name) for the free access to the swiming pool (bar& breakfast&restaurant&tennis- British owner) just in front of the apartment. The first photo from this site was taken from the apartment's balcony. All is real!
    We made an agreement with an agency 100 metres from the apartment - also on the main street - to clean the flat and to assist our clients during the staying at our home. It is there that you should go and then the agency's personnel (speaking English) will take you to the apartment and make sure you are well settled. This agency can also provides info (and tickests) about the local activities. We are always in contact to guarantee the clients are feeling at home!
  • We prefer to receive the payment in Euros, still we can reach an agreement.
    We can organize transfer from / to Faro's airport (payable to the driver: 50 euros / 4 persons) if requested on the booking request.
    Once in the apartment, you don't need a car, all is 'at your hand'! You are in the village's centre.
    For Easter 2009, Christmas and New Year: 150 euros additional on basic price.
    If you chose to hire a car there or use a taxi we can also help, however you must pay there directly. -
    - Example: a taxi from Armação to 'Algarve Shopping' cots 10 euros / 4 people.
    Those who come with their own car, you can park safely in the garage: restrict access only to flat's owners or our clients. A key will be given to you.

What do you need?

Just bring your own beach towels and will to enjoy yourselves! :)) All you need is in the apartment! Besides that you are in the center of a village by the sea, also all is there to ensure you are having a great time! In you want more exciting activities - 15 minutes by car / taxi you can have 'Algarve shopping'(cinema, bowling...), outlet stores, Golf courses, Zoomarine, Aqua fun centers, theme parcs, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving, cruisers by the sea cost.... Enjoy your holidays!

Use of wheels chairs

You don't have stairs to enter in the flat. You should then park in front of the main building entrance and no step/stairs there! The building also have two elevators / lifts! (The garage's entrance is around 20m from the building's lobby). You can also go easily to the garden &terrace &swimming pool& pub& restaurant (with British breakfast) just in front of the apartment to where we offer the free access by sending at your home a personalised card with the family name. Also with good access to the gardens by the beach, see the photos! For small health's difficulties a clinic is just on the other side of the street of the apartment. But the sun do miracles, you are going to have a great time! You are well come!

Spacy living room! Some details!

-- All the flat have wall heaters including W.C. -- Our 2 rooms' apartment is suitable for 4 persons and kids are also well come! -- The bars from the balcony are protected with a net to avoid kids to squeeze themselves between the bars! We also have small children, so we know! SOME DETAILS ABOUT THIS ROOM: - the table is extensible / can be opened allowing 6 persons to dinner at it + high chair for Baby - the bed sofa is for two persons. - in the photo you see another extra bed it can be used in option of the bed sofa - this room as a normal window facing the sea + big window - till the floor that gives direct access to the balcony.

Other Activities Restaurants: Try a healthy portguese diet: grill fish and salad!

In the area you can find several Golf Courses: Vilamoura, Salgados, Vila Sol, Pinta, Gramacho, Balaia Golf Village, Millémnnium

When we arrived in July 2008 in Amarçao de Pera, our eyes juts see blue color because we couldn't know where was the bordeline between sky and sea !!!! In the second time, we discovered the flat. What a good surprise !! It looked exactly like on Internet !!! We had everything to eat, to do washing-machine, a lovely bathroom, a lot of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, buses to go wherever you want... So, if somebody's looking for a place to go, don't think too much ! Make your choice for this place and this flat, you'll have REAL HOLIDAYS.
