This renovated farmhouse is ideal for summer holiday rental. Situated on the vineyard hill-top in the heart of Tuscany, the villa enjoys fantastic views over the peaceful landscape and San Gimignano afar. 3 bedrooms and a sofabed can accommodate 6-8 people. Dishwasher, full cutlery and washing machine turn self-catering into a joy. Satellite TV facility. The place is well maintained with gardener and cleaning lady and surrounded by a lot of flowers. On-site 20x10 meter swimming pool and a shallow kids pool. Solar-heated pool, fireplace and centrally heated rooms can extend your holiday season. Tennis court. You can read a book in the poolside shades or prepare barbeque while looking over the valley or go to a nearby village restaurant or visit a chateau for Chianti wine tasting. 15 minutes drive to Siena, 20 minutes to SanGimignano and 45 minutes to Firenze. Ideal place for active family vacation or romantic holiday. Your children will love it !

The 300 year old Le Bagnaie Estate covers 5 acres, and consists of eight privately owned houses set in exceptionally well maintained gardens, sharing a 20m pool, a children’s pool and an all-weather tennis court. There are outstanding 360º views from the hilltop of Le Bagnaie over the surrounding countryside, ranging from woodlands to olive groves and Chianti Classico vineyards and the distant towers of both Siena and San Gimignano. The estate is peaceful, private and within easy reach of the most important sites of Tuscany.

We absolutely loved staying at La Bagnaie, found the villa spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding property absolutely stunning. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, the pool area stunning and tennis court lovely. My favourite part of the villa was the Loggia area, where we ate all of our meals, and spent hours looking out at the changing view of the Tuscan hills. We found the complex perfect for our young children. The small touches that this villa provided really put it above other places I have stayed, such as the vegetable garden where you could pick fresh tomatoes, lettuce and beans for your garden, and the pool toys that were there for the children to use. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

We spent one wonderful week in this house. The surroundings are truly beautiful and the children loved the large pool! We are already talking about going back next summer...

If you want to have a nice and calm holiday together with your family this is a really good choice. The location is great, close to Sienna and Florens but if you just want to relax the pool area and garden offers the best oppurtunity for this.

Just spend two weeks in this apartement with a superb swimming pool, excellent location and a lot of space that suites 6 people. The apartment has a loggia to sit outside and watch the sun go down over the tuscany landscape (view on san gimignano and monteriggione). From the pool the siena towers can be seen. Loved it and it is a recommendation
