The large private gardens allows sunbathing in complete privacy by the wonderful L shaped pool. FULLY BOOKED TO OCT - BOOK NOW FOR 2009 AT 2008 PRICES + DISCOUNT. Villa is near Port Grimaud,St Tropez, Grimaud, Ste Maxime, Cogolin and in a superb position in the hills close to the hub of several back roads - so even in the peak months of July and August (when the coast road is exceptionally busy) it is still normally possible to get around. The pleasant Ferry rides from beautiful Port Grimaud and Ste Maxime to St Tropez are a must ! The attractive nearby Villages - Cogolin, Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle - each pretty with many places of interest, have numerous bars and restaurants - as does St Tropez. The facilities for tourists (especially in the main holiday season) are too numerous to mention. You name it - and somewhere you'll probably find it (eg horse riding, golf, surfboarding, diving. The Grimaud area is probably one of the few truly beautiful Provençal areas along the Cote D'Azur, not too built up (yet), with its many wonderful beaches, numerous restaurants etc

    The current Low Season rental rate for 2008, is £850 per week (mid October to pre Easter approx) ramping up after Easter to the high season peak rental rate of £2,150 per week, after which is reduces to the Low Season rental rate again by about the end of October. Short breaks (min four nights) are welcome apart from during the High & Peak Seasons.
    Additional Charges (AC) are payable for consumables (electricity, gas, water etc) and for any extra cleaning / services etc provided / requested and for cleaning the Villa and for laundering the bed-linen etc after each letting. No charge is normally made for preparing the Villa for each Letting unless special or unusual requirements are arranged / requested. A £500 Security/Damages Bond (SDB) is payable plus £150 per week for the Additional Charges Deposit (ACD). And with the Villa facing due south over the looking the pool, it is perfect for relaxing in complete privacy and sunbathing whilst sipping a glass of chilled Rose wine by the pool . . . . . . . . . . (why do we British like the south of France so much - especially along the Cote D'Azur ? Could it be anything to do with a grey, cold, rainy old Britain most of the time ! !

Booking a one week stay at the Villa for some relaxing sunshine (which is quite possible even in December and January - the owners have sunbathed at 22 deg Celcius at Christmas time before !) and going to a skiing for a few days skiing is WONDERFUL !
