This villa set in a rural area just outside the traditional town of Polis is situated on a sizable plots of land, so enjoys an excellent degree of privacy. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a working fireplace, SKY TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. A twin bedroom with separate shower room (specially adapted for those with mobility difficulties) is situated on the ground floor. A further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (externally accessed) are located on the first floor. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (for cooling and heating), which are included in the price. A hairdryer and safety deposit box are supplied.

Situated on the outskirts of the traditional town of Polis only 2.5 kilometres from the pedestrianised square making it safe to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The organised beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees is within 4 kilometres of the property. The seaside resort of Latchi, with its famed fish tavernas is only a few minutes away by car, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well know 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular. The daily market, waterpark, harbour and castle of Paphos can be reached within 35 minutes drive.

  • Rates are fully inclusive of Welcome grocery pack, Weekly cleaning service , Air Conditioning (for cooling and heating).
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
