The villa itself is set over one level. The living area features a working fireplace, SKY satellite TV (family package), DVD & CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, microwave & dishwasher. The fridge/freezer & washing machine are housed in the separate utility area. The dining table seats 6. The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room features a separate wardrobe/dressing area. This en suite shower room also has an external access door making it convenient for use when out by the pool area. The remaining bedroom is a twin bedroom and there is a separate family bathroom. Ceiling fans & fly screens are fitted throughout. A safe box & hairdryer are provided. Outside the 10m x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas & a poolside shower. A built in BBQ is provided and a raised terrace area with pergola features an outside bar & fridge. The villa boasts a roof terrace with 360 degree views.

The popular coastal resort of Coral Bay with it's wider selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars and well known sandy beach, honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union, is within a 5 minute drive. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
