Our luxury 'Coachlight Villa' is set in a private deeded community, 5min short walk to H192. Superb sunsets, watch a space shuttle in a very tranquil/private lakeside location. The Villa is New England style surrounded by natural Florida plantation, forming part of the very private screening around our outdoor optional heated pool in winter. Gradual steps at the shallow entry, allowing swimming/entertainment pleasure in remainder. Pool deck facing lake, not overlooked. Allows plenty of space to fish, play, walk around our community lake setting. Providing a family orientated Disney location 10-15 min with easy access to all attractions/holiday locations, Cocoa Beach 60min. Luxury inside, cable TV in rooms, designer fittings/fixtures. Fully fitted kitchen water/ice maker ,ceramic hob. Barbecue meals provide the best atmosphere for self-catering under the llanai or sitting in/out the pool after a hard day at the attractions or Mall/shops close by. M&G available, flight, car, assistance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Conditions A deposit of £150 per week will secure the booking ( non-refundable) and contract.
    A minimum breakages/security deposit of £200+ is required with final payment and will be refunded after departure/ inspection, within 6 weeks after end of holiday.
    Full payment required 10 weeks before commencement of the Holiday/ costs.

    Pool heating is an extra charge of £150 per week and recommended between Oct and April. Partial weeks and additional days will be charged at pro-rata rate / meter reading.
    Note: Pool water will heat up quicker or slower dependent on previous letting and particularly when used during the daytime. Not recommended during winter evenings. All lettings are based on an average of four persons.

    SMALL parties of two persons receive a LOWER rate, larger parties additional rate negotiable on size/period.
    Reflects the aggregate usage of services provided.
    All cleaning costs included in contract, less than one week incur £60 additional charge!
  • 'Special Rates'

    'SNOW BIRD' bookings agreed in advance receive present advertised rate, either UK / US exchange rate.Taxes included

    PLEASE ENQUIRE ABOUT OUR 'SPECIAL 'LONG STAY RATES (4 weeks+).

    For 'LAST MINUTE' and 'LOW' PERIODS rate NEGOTIABLE on size of party and period.

    EARLY BOOKINGS minimum 12 months in advance will be contracted at the present advertised rates.

    Any DISABLED guests have ADDITIONAL services provided as standard in our personal home. OUR own family circumstances have ensured that the minimum is never acceptable.
    PROVISION is made for ALL wheelchair access guests, both inside/ outside our Villa. The one level layout provides access and ease of use throughout for every persons need.
    ADDITIONAL services provided for ALL, but specifically for any 'hard of hearing or deaf' guests is a personal smoke activated warning alert, being portable can be used in ANY room and also for persons who may need additional support with families or vacationing independently.
    Reassurance and ability to meet all needs is important to ourselves by providing additional services which some guests may find difficult to obtain on a regular basis. The Pool deck area and separate covered llanai: Due to 'Coachlight Villas' being one level you can enjoy the Florida climate under the cool llanai or the open pool deck at your leisure. Please be aware that even with a 'screened pool cover ' the ultraviolet light is filtered. Florida sun can be very deceptive, particularly with younger children. Pools are a wonderful fun place which must be adult supervised at every moment. For ultimate sun-bathing, we provide LUXURY SUN LOUNGERS and lounging chairs with a large drinks table! Plastic utility/ drinking glasses are provided on the pool deck for ultimate safety A large GAS BBQ is provided outside, together with luxurious relaxing furniture. A large Fan cools the Lanai area safely away from the pool deck area ensuring complete comfort for your alfresco dining. The shaped FLOODLIT POOL - 30ftX15ft and water feature can be heated for an extra charge. The Garage has a laundry area with washing machine/dryer & airer. Off-road parking for 1/2 vehicles is provided in our quiet community.

Local amenities and shopping for ALL!: The Disney parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Disney Water Parks only 15 minutes away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'wild, Sea World, luxury Shopping Malls and several Designer Factory Outlets can all be reached in less than 10mins drive with Gatorland just up the road. The Kennedy Space centre and Beaches on the east coast are approximately 1 hour drive east, Busch Gardens and the gulf coast beaches west are within a 90+ min drive. The closeness of Highway 192 provides restaurants to suit every taste, plus wonderful shopping at The Link, Osceola Square Mall just minutes from our Villa. Within a short drive, you will find Golf courses too numerous to mention and other extra thrills on the water. Other Activities, Lake Louisa State Park, the 'old town' and Kissimmee are just 5 mins away. Further afield Daytona and the Races, with the oldest history in the USA St Augustine one of the oldest settlements known on the Atlantic Coast.

Good location with easy access to all the parks, well placed by H192 with WalMart, Target and food outlets. Owners really helpful with good communication during and after the booking process. Quiet location in a residential area so you are not surrounded by other tourists.

On arrival at the villa, it was all very clean and tidy and there were towels for our use, as promised. The location of the property was fab; loved the lakeside setting and the peace and quiet during the day and at night. A nice break away from the busy and bustling theme parks! The villa was equipped with eveything you could ever need and more and the large fridge came in handy!
Would certainly stay at this property again!
