Large 5 bedroom luxury detached villa overlooking the beach, near Alghero

Luxury Villa 200m from the beach. Situated in large well kept secluded grounds overlooking the small but beautiful beach. The beach is within easy walking distance. Bars and restaurants are close by, but a car is essential to appreciate the outstanding beauty of the area. The villa comprises of: Large open plan lounge with seating for 10. State of the art 42inch plasma TV, surround sound DVD/CD, and British satellite channels. Formal dining for 10. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and seating. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and iron/ ironing board. The downstairs twin bedroom is disabled friendly, together with the downstairs wet shower room. Upstairs there are 2 master suites both with ensuite shower rooms, balconies and wonderful sea views. The family suite fourth and fifth twin bedded rooms share the full family bathroom which has a large corner bath with shower, bidet and toilet.The fifth bedroom has TV and PlayStation.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Although the start dates are from Sunday we will always do our best to accommodate our guests on different arrival dates, we understand flights are not always on a Sunday. Due to the very nature of this villa being a large family home, we cannot accept bookings for less than a week. The security deposit we require being £500 per booking reflects the luxury of the house and although we know our guests will take care of our home, the furnishings are of a high quality and would be costly to replace. This deposit is returned after our Management Company contact us to say all is in order so usually the deposit would be with you one week after your departure.
  • Please contact us for any out of season deals we may have to offer. Ryanair offer some excellent very low fares and Sardinia is a wonderful place to re-charge your batteries either for the hectic Christmas season or indeed after all the festivities have drained you both mentally and physically!
    Early Spring in Sardinia, and it really is early, is one of the most beautiful times of the year and getting away from all the dreary days in the UK leaves you forgetting about the old nursery rhyme 'March winds do blow and we shall have snow!'
  • The use of the motorboat is not included in the prices as shown, and there are permits needed for using it, please mail or call us for more details.

Traditional Italian tiling and marble staircases add to the sophisticated design of the property. Each room is light and airy with ample wardrobe facilities. 'We stayed at Casa Bianca at the beginning of May 2008. The house is just lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is newly fitted and very large and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also newly refurbished and are a real pleasure to use. Touches such as 100% cotton bed linen suggest that real care and thought has been taken in preparing the house. We loved the outside terrace and bbq. Particularly relaxing for a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine and a good book in the evening watching the sun go down. Casa Bianca is very peaceful and secluded, no nightlife to be heard - just wildlife. There is a beach within walking distance - down a number of steep steps - which may be difficult for the less mobile, but fine for us. It has loads of rock pools which our four year old loved pottering around in, bucket at the ready. We visited beaches both further up and down the coast and found some spectacular spots. Inland from Bosa is breathtaking rural scenery. We love Sardinia for the beaches, unspoilt scenery and wonderful food and wine. We hope to return to Casa Bianca next year.'

This house is so ideal for family holidays as well quiet times, and the children love the beaches and rock pools, all within a small walk of the house. The wildlife around there is amazing to watch, the mountains are only about an hour away with even more interesting animals and birds. Scenery is magnificent, makes one realise just what life is really all about, taking time out to enjoy relaxation after all the rush of normal life and look at our world through different eyes. Porto Alabe is a beautiful village, friendly people and pleasant surroundings make a holiday to wind you down from the stresses of everyday life. We look forward to welcoming you to our little bit of Paradise.
