This superb villa has been completed to a very high standard and offers luxury accommodation together with a large swimming pool in peaceful, private and picturesque surroundings. The living area has both a fireplace and air-conditioning unit, TV & DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The dining table seats 8. To the side of the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi whirlpool bath) are located on the ground floor along with a separate cloakroom. The first floor consists of a master double bedroom with en suite shower room and an adjacent twin bedroom with en suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with air con units. Outside, stone walls encompass the villa, the terraces & the impressive 12 metre long pool which overflows into a smaller paddling pool set on a lower level.

Fabulous views of the undisturbed countryside can be observed from all aspects of the property. Skoulli itself is a very small village, yet offers a couple of good supermarkets within just a couple of minutes drive of the villa. The pretty town of Polis, with it's good selection of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops can be reached within 5 minutes drive and beaches around the Chrysochou Bay and the fishing village of Latchi are just 10 minutes by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service, Welcome Grocery Pack and Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating) in the bedrooms. For the use of the larger air conditioning units in the living room and kitchen, if required, a supplement of 10 euros per unit per day, is payable locally.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

A further double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, together with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The master double bedroom, which is located on the first floor, is light and airy due to the two large windows plus the set of French doors opening onto the private balcony overlooking the pool and wonderful views. This room has an ensuite shower room, as does the adjacent twin bedded room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
