This beautiful villa is situated within the quiet relaxing gardens of the residential park Toscamar. The villa has been refurbished and benefits from having full air conditioning with warm air heating, windows with blinds, a practical well fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The villa has an enclosed terrace for relaxing/dining as well as a patio area with table, chairs and sunshade. Toscamar has a large swimming pool with terraces and sunbathing area which is less than a minute walk from the villa. There is also a separate children pool and play area, two tennis courts, a cafe bar with separate recreation area with table tennis and pool tables, an excellent restaurant and large supermarket. Parking is available, as well as the local Javea bus service which starts and terminates at Toscamar with direct links to the the Arenal sandy beach, Javea Port and Javea Old Town, all only minutes away.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for it's unspoilt beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. Javea is split in to three areas; the 'Arenal' offers beautiful white sandy beaches, with a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants. Javea Port which is a traditional fishing port, with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets and a brightly lit promenade of bars and restaurants. Javea town is a beautiful unspoilt historic town of narrow cobbled streets with a quiet and relaxing ambiance where some of the best Tapas on the Costa Blanca can be eaten. Javea is less than one hours drive from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a themed water water park with some of the biggest water slides in Spain and 'Terra Mittica' a large amusement park with entertainment for all the family.

Other local area attractions are Guadalest, a beautiful historic village set in the mountains along with the Water falls of Alga.

Further details of Javea: With many bars and restaurants along the sandy Arenal beach you can sit back and enjoy the local dishes or choose from the many different cuisines on offer. Dawn on the beach brings peace and tranquillity, with the morning waking up to families heading for the golden sand and warm seas. As midday approaches, the cafe bars and restaurants come to life through into the early evening, when local craft stalls appear along the beach front to tempt the souvenir hunters. Late in the evening, as the tired and weary drift away the entertainment continues long into the early hours for those who want to with music and dancing in local clubs and bars. So whatever you are looking for, the resort of Javea offers the ideal location for the fun loving, the energetic or the relaxing holiday.

Nearby golf courses: The villa is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. A short distance away there is Club de Golf Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

We had a fantastic time! We loved the bungalow it was in such a good spot. The property had everything we needed and the air con was bliss. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic and so good with the kids and even remembered us from last year!

Great villa, great resort, great weather

Great villa, great resort, great town, great weather ... I brought the wife and kids :( ... the villa is detached so no fears of noisy neighbours. Good air con! The pool is nice and clean and only 100 yds. The staff were sooo friendly and kind. The nearby beach at ?arenal? seemed rock & shell free and was nice and clean. The worst thing was leaving. Self catering was straight forward lots of reasonably priced supermarkets. The drive went well thanks to Google maps. Unbroken sunshine all week. A great time was had by all.
