This lovely garden apartment has been well furnished as a 'home from home' and has everything required to enjoy your stay. There is a large private terrace leading from the lounge. From the terrace you enter the private garden and from here you can walk out to the wonderfully mature and secluded communal gardens which have a fantastic and well kept pool. It has a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional twin-bedded room with adjoining shower room. The lounge is very comfortably furnished and has British satellite TV and Spanish television plus DVD and video players with small library of films. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. The community is gated for added security and there is plenty of off-road parking. It is a short drive to the beach (approximately 15/20 minutes walk) and Riviera boasts a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. An ideal base for a great holiday!

The apartment is located in Riviera del Sol which is close to Calahonda and La Cala de Mijas. Riviera boasts lots of bars, shops and restaurants and has something to offer whether you are looking for a special meal out or just a snack on the beach. There are three leisure centres nearby offering tennis, paddle tennis, gym, aerobics etc. We are close to Miraflores Golf Course - and many others! Riviera & the other beaches on this coast are good - everyone has their favorite! There are two shopping centres in the local area both offering international chains and more unusual one-off shops. There is something for everyone. We also have Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo, Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Gibraltar within easy reach. In less than an hour you can be in wonderful inland locations such as Cóin, Alhaurín, El Chorro, Alora, National Park at Marbella and much more. Granada, Alhambra, Ronda and Seville etc are easy day trips by car or organized trip.

Ideal for a golfing holiday ...: The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf. It has more than 40 along the coast, not to mention those inland. The Miraflores Golf Club is a well known course. It is an 18 hole, par 71 course designed by Folco Nardi. It is 5113 metres and follows the gentle foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. It has a very well respected Golf Academy and offers a challenge whether you are beginner or a seasoned low-handicap player looking to hone your skills. There are also other well-respected courses locally.

Some comments from our guests ...: We have a guestbook in the apartment and have very positive comments. We rented out the apartment for the first time in 2008 and are very happy to know we have some of the guests returning in 2009. Amongst their comments: 'Thank you for a great stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your apartment. It is in a good spot, not too far from amenities. We loved having the private garden to relax whilst being able to nip into the pool when we felt like it'. 'Had a fantastic time, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for a holiday - will definitely come again!' ' What a nice spot, a short ride away from the beach but it suited us perfectly to be in a peaceful setting. The small garden is a delight and great for privacy and yet we had the pool area too when we wanted it. The community was a lovely mix of people living there and on holiday so gave us a great sample of Spanish life'.

Other Activities: Winter skiing at Sierra Nevada is around 2 hours away.

Arrived for a family holiday with two teenage daughters and found the apartment all we could wish for, including two bathrooms!
The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well equipped. Although in a quiet residential area we were very impressed with the local restaurants and there were supermarkets close by.
Only downside, we kept seeing a number of tantalising golf courses and we hadn't bought our clubs!

Home from Home !!!!

We have stayed here for the past 2 years during the Kids Summer Holidays. The complex and pool area were very well cared for and very quiet both during the day and on an evening. We had 2 very peaceful enjoyable holidays and would return again without hesitation.
The Property is clean well maintained and very well situated for local amenities most of which are only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk .
It lies approx 25-30 minutes from Malaga Airport and is very easy to find, being located just off the N-7 Motorway prior to Calahonda.

The owners were very friendly and accomodating

Stop Dithering and get it booked now ! you won't be disappointed

Excellent Apartment

We have stayed twice at the apartment and has two great holidays. The apartment complex is very neat and tidy with lovely gardens which seemed to be tended to almost everyday. The on site pool is of a good size and was never overcrowded. The apartment was excellent for our needs very clean and well maintained. The rooms where of a good size with a patio and small garden, an excellent area to sit on a morning for breakfast or evening for BBQ and of course a glass of wine or two. The apartment is situated fairly close to local shops and restaurants. There are plenty of nice beaches (we loved Puerto Cabopino) a short drive away with Puerto Banus
just a little further.

Stayed last March and found it really well equipped and comfortable for four people, very homely. Private garden and patio area was really nice for eating outside. Pool was close in the pleasant community setting. Local property managers meet with keys so very easy and accessible.

Lovely apartment in a very peaceful setting

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a really enjoyable break. The apartment is nicely furnished and well looked after. It is well equipped and has a lovely terrace area - great for breakfasting in the sun! It also has a private garden so much more outside space than usual for a holiday apartment. The communal gardens are well cared for and the pool area is really nice. The owners' representatives live locally and met us with the keys and to give us some information about the area which was really useful. It was good to know there was someone on hand in emergencies or for advice. It was very quiet but only a short distance to the main shops, bars and beach within Riviera del Sol. It's also only a short drive to La Cala, Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus and many other trips that we did. We had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.
