This is a nearly new villa on a very popular development with resort style facilities including a very large lagoon style pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and children's playground. The house is light and airy with good quality furnishings. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in one of the living areas. There are 2 separate living areas, both comfortably furnished and including TVs, DVDs and a games console. High speed wireless internet access is included in the rental. There are 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. The pool area to the rear of the property is totally private and faces a preserve area. The pool is larger than average at 30' x 16' and comes with additional electric heating so it is always comfortable, even in the winter months. There is also a separate hot tub on the deck area. A great place to enjoy all the nearby beaches, golf courses and attractions.
