Approx 1 km from Nerja town centre & 200 metres from a small, secluded beach, a large luxury villa sleeping 8 in 4 twin bedrooms. Spacious L shaped lounge & dining area with a 6 seater dining table, leather sofas, satellite TV, a radio/cd fully air conditioned. Sliding Patio doors from lounge onto a Patio area with table and chairs overlooking the pool and with spectacular views over the Med. Also, a separate patio area with a dining table & a BBQ. A well equipped kitchen with Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Oven/Hob, toaster etc. Also Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing board. The pool is in a large sun trap area with sunbeds, it is approx 22 feet long by 8 feet wide, oval shape, and goes from approx 3 feet to 6 feet deep. The bedrooms all have A/C & 2 single beds and have wardrobes with hanging facilities together with shelves or drawers for clothing. 1 bedroom has an en suite, 1 bedroom is next to the main bathroom and two bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom

Nerja Town Centre is approx 1 km away from the villa with hundreds of restaurants and tapas bars, plus many shops. There are many small secluded beaches as well as the 7 main beaches of Nerja including the famous Burriana beach approx 1.5 km away with open beach restaurants and their trademark Paella . The beutiful, traditional village of Frigiliana is approx 5 km away at the base of the mountains to the north. Approx 1.5 hours drive away is the historic city of Granada and the World renowned Al Hambra Palace. Less than 1 hour drive away is Malaga City and the nearest airport with several budget airlines meaning flights are easily available and economical. The Villa is only 15 minutes drive from Baviera golf, a superb 18 hole course and only 10 minutes drive from the famous Nerja Caves. Nerja is also famous for the Balcon de Europe where street performers and artists gather and where the view out over the med is spectacular. Gibralter & other Costa del Sol towns are within easy reach.

Arrival / Departure: On the day of arrival, the previous occupiers have until 11.00 a.m. to vacate the property. The cleaning of the Villa and fresh linen is arranged through a local agent, Eurosur, to be completed by 5.00p.m. latest. Any problems in relation to cleaning or linen, you will have the number for Eurosur in the literature provided. (The emergency contact no. 24 hour, is also in the villa just to the right of the front door). On day of departure, it is important to vacate the property by 11.00 a.m. to enable cleaning prior to the next guests arriving.

Villa really good, great views and close to an excellent beach. Two beach bars/restaurants close by serving great seafood. Plenty of space for two families. Nerja town in easy driving distance. We would drive in and get a taxi back. Had a excellent holiday. Nos gustó la villa

A weeks fab holiday in August 2009.

We stayed in the villa in August 2009. In total there were four adults, and four children under the age of 6 and the sun did not stop shinning.

We had a fantastic time and only wish we had booked two weeks instead of the one. The villa itself is set over three levels. The two bedrooms on the bottom level became the kids bedrooms. They had their own bathroom and the bedrroms are both air conditioned which we credit a few extra hours sleep to. It also meant that the kids could not get out of the villa without our say so. The two bedrooms on the middle floor have plenty of storage and again have fantastic air conditioning. One bedroom opens onto the pool are and the other has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a great sized family bathroom on this level. The top floor kitchen and living area are a great size with plenty of room for everyone.

We spent most of our time in the outdoor areas. There was always a shady spot to escape the sun if you wanted. The main eating area is fantastic and well equiped with short access to the kitchen and a great BBQ. The whole property is well equiped and the washing machine is a God send.

The swimming pool is fantastic. My 4 year old is now swimming without armbands and this was the jewel in the crown. We ventured to the beach opposite a few times. It is a lovely spot, really clean and clear water. We didnt eat out much, choosing instead to stay in and eat but Nerja itself is only a 5 min drive away and has the best ice cream.

We hope to return at some point soon.

wonderful place adn house!

This was an excellent house and area! Perfect for families with children, but also for anyone else. The house had everything we needed:) The owner is very service minded adn helpful with details and information.

Nerja town is romantic and fun with great atmospfere. A car is needed.

8 ladies all had a fabulous time in this villa. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and well looked after. The situation is good, but you do need a car. It is right opposite a beach and a restaurant (both good) and the villa is not overlooked so you feel you have some privacy. The owner was really helpful. More towels and bath mats would be good, also one of the showers was difficult to hang on the wall but we managed v well. All had a good time!

Hi
Just got back from a week at the villa for 6 of us and all had a really good time.
The owner was very helpful with directions/supermarkets etc before we left and even sent us maps with details on!
The villa is very spacious inside with lots of outside areas to sit at. There is always somewhere to find shade on the really hot days too!
It isnt overlooked and to the side are hills with lovely views over the sea.
Both the bars on the beach are within walking distance and the town is about a 5 minute drive.
The villa itself is very clean and really comfortable with the living accomodation on the top floor as you enter the villa and then two lower floors with two bedrooms on each floor.
We hired two cars at the airport and had no problems finding the place. The cars were really useful as there are so many places to visit up in the hills.
We had a lovely time and plan to go back next year. Thanks!
