The apartment is situated in a resort in the middle of the EMPORDA golf course, which offers 45 very varied holes (pine forest parasols, links, water areas), with restaurants and spa in the resort, and a 25 m pool.
There are lots of other golf courses nearby, of which the nearest are Serres de Pals and Golf Royal Platja de Pals, just a few kilometres away.
Pitch and put course providing a good opportunity for practice is at Gualta, very near (and much cheaper)

The region is very rich in culture and attractions for tourists: Ancient restored villages, (ex:Pals, Begur, Empuries...), towns linking cultural visits, arts and crafts and shopping ( La Bisbal, Figueras, Gerone) spa resorts ( Playa de Aro) small picturesque ports (Cadaques, La Escala, Estartit..), numerous coves of the Costa Brava which line the coast from Platja de Pals until de Aro.
It's the country of Dali: his house at Cadaques, his museum at Figueres, the house at Gaya next to la Bisbal..
THe archeological site of Empuries, next to a pretty beach, with its Greco-Roman port is worth a visit.
The region is famous for its good restaurants, tapas and wine making.
