Notes on accomodation: The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has underfloor heating throughout, The house if fully alarmed and has electric shutters on all windows / doors. There is also the extra security of electric gates and a wall with fence surrounding the property making it very safe for children. A beautiful decorated 5 bedroomed villa with south west facing heated pool taking advantage of sun from morning till last thing at night , the views from both the ground terrace and especially the upper terrace are absolutely stunning. The villa has been furnished to the highest standards with large lounge with 42in plasma TV DVD player and British sky TV, feature fireplace with log burning stove & patio doors leading to a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities & the other 2 have adjacent shower rooms, the two master bedrooms have flat screen TV's & DVD players. Bedroom 3 has flat screen TV and PS3.

The kitchen has every modern convenience with American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave .Large dinning room with glass dining table,CD player ,& patio doors leading to terrace. The garden area has a lovely dining terrace with outdoor furniture and a redfry B-B-Q. There is a short tennis court & a putting green for the more sporting in your party there is also a table tennis table . The villa is fully alarmed and has maid service 5 days a week . The gardens in this villa are fantastic, not only is it the perfect place to relax sun bathing by the 10m x 5m private heated pool or sitting on the lovely covered terrace if you like the shade, it is the place for a little sporting fun with the all weather short tennis/badminton court, a putting green and a table tennis table, you could start your own mini Olympic games. In the garden we have olive, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees. At night the garden is very well lit beautiful for a late supper .
