Cosy typical Algarvian villa with pool full of charm in the countryside with privacy but close enough to walk to the village Corte Antonio Martins where you can find the local - Restaurant Fernanda or - Cafe do Amigo -. Where all the locals congregate for good meals or just to sip a glass of wine or coffee . Or to walk (good walkers) to the prestigious Monte Rey, Golf and Country Club. The entrance, which opens into the corridor and then a spacious, light open-plan living room with dining area opening onto the side terrace with views of of the garden, pool and the coast There is a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area . With views over the coast. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, with ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom with double bed and fitted cupboard and window with views to the north side. 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and large shelf. One 2nd full bathroom to share . The decoration is IKEA but Holiday perfect.

This property was refurbished in May 2007 and is now available to holiday let, offering exclusivity and total relaxation in calm well equipped surroundings. Situated in the beautiful countryside surrounding Monte-Rey golf course, North of Cacela-Velhal. The perfect place to stay when attending both the village festival of Moorish heritage held during the month of July and 'not to be missed' seafood festivals ' or music festivals with well know bands held in the Towns of Tavira or Vila Real Santo António. A stay at the villa will rejuvenate, inspire, relax and hopefully encourage you to fall in love with our beautiful Algarve and very warm clima.

Near by there is the beach of Manta Rota (fisherman's village) which lies just about 7 kilometers from the villa, where you can find on your way to the beach a large new supermarket has opened along with a butchers, bakery, there are also restaurants bars & cafes whilst at the beach a very large esplanade with restaurants, relaxation areas and children's play area's and ample parking. The Beach at Manta Rota with fine golden sand, is the perfect place for long walks at the beach as you can walk unlimited km either East or West and with no end to it. Always the Atlantic Ocean beside you to recharge your batteries with peace and tranquility or just for that perfect swim that will give you a boosted energy. If the Sea doesn't have any magic on you than take a morning stroll past Vila Real and the Guadiana River and do some shopping as it is a town with many shops and is full of bargains. Or sit at 'Puro' café that is a must for all locals with the best selection of teas or coffees .

Golfers will be in their element with 2 championship courses within 5 minutes, they are Quinta de Ria and Quinta de Cima, Benamor Championship course 9 minutes away, or Castro Marim course 2 minutes away and considered now the finest course in Europe Jack Nicklaus's Monte Rey which opened 2007 .

with great main roads with extra wide cycle lanes and beautiful mountain ride or get lost escalating the soft hills and enjoy walking up and down in the gentle hills of Tavira.

Other Activities: Possiblity to drive to great cities like Evora or Seville.
