This self-catering and romantic apartment is ideal for holiday rentals, and it comfortably accommodates four people. It has a Roman well in the living room, and an impressively large fireplace in the kitchen. The first floor of the apartment includes the living room, the kitchen, the den, a foyer and a full bath. The second floor comprises two bedrooms, one full bath, a walk-in-closet, a linen-closet, a foyer and another fireplace. The original terracotta floors and wooden beams, give the apartment a pleasant historical charm. The apartment was recently renovated and all its amenities are new and modern. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor: one with a shower, the other with a bath tub, hair-dryer & washing machine. The kitchen includes brand new stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, TV set, cable TV, stereo and CD-player. The furnishing comprises a mixture of antique and modern furniture. The apartment provides for sheets, towels, and all the indispensable necessities.

  • The master bedroom, with an unusual large window overlooking the nearby terracotta roofs, is overflowing with light from early morning till late afternoon. This is ideal for studying, reading or writing. A book case with lots of books for you to read, and the small desk will allow you to do your work, if you so prefer. There is a double bed (or Queen size bed), and an armoire. The walls are decorated with a large mirror, a variety of pictures and a large poster of Edward Hopper's 'Hotel Room,' with a poem by New York writer, Rolando Perez. Also, for summer time, there are two fans available, one in each bedroom. In the Master bedroom there is a portable fan, in the smaller room the fan is fixed to the ceiling.
