La Casa comprises 12 fully air-conditioned 2 or 3 bedroom apartment suites, sleeping 2 - 6 people, which are located in the southern part of the Fattoria. Ideal for couples and families alike.

La Casa apartment suites comprise an open-plan living and dining area with satellite television and a kitchen area with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bedrooms are either double, twin or single according to the suite occupancy and shower rooms are either en suite or adjoining. Where the beds are double they are king size, two metre beds. La Casa Townhouses sleep 6 on two storeys. They have a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor and a double and a twin room on the first floor, which share two shower rooms.

Notes to the rental rates

• The weekly rental price includes:
  * Rental of the property for a week/7 nights including all utilities, all linen for the villa, pool towels, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and central heating as required.
  * Twice mid weekly cleaning included with a change of bath linens. Additional maid service on request.
  * Final cleaning at the end of the holiday.
  A cook can be arranged as required along with a full range of concierge services. Please ask for further details.
  
• Prices are determined by the arrival date and where holidays cross price date bands a costing will be required. Please enquire.
  A deposit of 30% of the rental is payable at the time of booking and the balance of 70% is required six weeks before the start of the holiday rental.
  In the case of cancellation the following cancellation fees will apply:
  * Up to 30 days before the start of a rental - the cancellation fee is the 30% deposit
  * Within 30 days of the start of the rental - the cancellation fee is the full amount of the rental. If the property is relet for the period canceled by you then a 10% cancellation fee will be made.
  We would therefore recommend that you should take out travel insurance including cancellation cover when you book your holiday.
  A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 250 per rental is paid to the local management and this will be returned at the end of the rental, assuming that there are no deductions to be made.
  
• We can also offer an apartment suite for either 4 people - comprising two bedrooms and two shower rooms or for 2 or 3 people - comprising two bedrooms and either one or two shower rooms. Please contact us for rates.
  Payments can be made by personal cheque and also by credit or debit card using Paypal in either Sterling or Euros. We reserve the right to pass on the relevant merchant charge.
