The apartment is ideally located in the centre of the Barcelona city in a very safe area. The area is teaming with cultural and social activities. The area contains the highest concentration of Modernist Architecture in the world. Virtually every street displays an example of its powerful influence. The apartment has capacity up to 5 people. All is new and furnished, have 2 bedroom (one single room and one double room) 1 bathroom with hair-dryer, living room with TV, DVD player and comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Linen and towels provided available. The apartment is quite and very light. The building has lift. In front of the apartment there are a two parking spaces. It is the perfect location for families and friends! Around the apartment you can find all amenities like restaurants, Supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, historical places, tourist bus stopped, buses, etc.

Next to Rambla de Cataluña it is Passeig de Gracia Street, this could be considered as the Champs Elysee of Barcelona. Just in this street you can find the international and famous Casa Millá (knowledge as La Pedrera) by Gaudí. To walk down Passeig de Gràcia is to visit Catalan modernism, from its benches to its street lamp, and almost all of its buildings. It is all a good example of Catalan-modernist architecture. Just down Rambla de Cataluña you will find Plaza Cataluña. This is the nerve centre par excellence of Barcelona. Next to Plaza de Cataluña it is Ramblas Strolling down the Rambla, on your right is the Barri del Raval. Just in your left is the Barri Gotic. Once in the Barri Gòtic, the best thing to do it is exploring for yourself.

We stayed 7 days in this cosy appartment with our son (14 years old) this autumn and we liked it very much.
The appartment is cosy, everything you need is available, even children's games and DVDs. Its is a nice and quiet appartment with modern furniture.
The owner is very helpful, she gave has all kind of information and maps and helped us to find a parking for our car at a fair price.
The location is central, close to the city, many famous places to visit are nearby and there are many restaurants in the street. We would like to return to this place at any time.

Great Location

This fantastic apartment is located in the much desired Eixample district. We stayed here for 8 nights with our 2 small children. The apartment is very convenient for public transportation and within walking distance of many of the main tourists attractions. There are tons of restaurants, markets and supermarkets nearby. We found the owner, Diana, to be extremely helpful; providing maps and information prior to our arrival and then available for questions during our stay. We found this added to our comfort and enjoyment of Barcelona. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Quiet, warm enough in winter, very near the center

We stayed 5 days in February 2009 in this cosy appartment with our 2 children (9 month and our 3 years). We appreciated the closeness to the city (metro passeig de gracia, bus 20, 43 an 44 in front of the house) and the playground nearby as well as the little supermarket and the fish store nearby on calle de Mallorca. The double bed was very comfortable, and the children enjoyed playing on the bed sofa in the living room. The little balcony has a nice wide view into a brickstone courtyard. The dishes and cuttlery in the kitchen however was not very clean. But all in all it is a usefull and well equipped appartment in soft colours with modern furniture and it is close to the nice Gaudì-houses Casa Batillò and Casa Mila.

Rambla de Cataluña

Apartment is in a very desirable location, a few blocks off Passig de Garcia and the Rambla de Cataluña, which is the upper end of the Rambla. Very chic area with loads of restaurants, markets and supermarkets. Ideal for a family.

Diana was a gracious host, who gave an overview of the city and all it offers. Several Gaudi houses within walking distance but close to trains and buses for visit to beach, Familia Sagrada and Parc Guell.

Top floor of building with elevator. Although furnishings aren't elegant, it is neat and clean.
