Our newly built villa is situated just above the El Portet area of Moraira in L'Arnella and boasts mountain and valley views. The beautiful El Portet beach is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk. Built in an established area, the villa is ideally situated for all amenities, the beaches, shops (nearest supermarket 5 minutes), clinics and restaurants. It is south facing and has a large naya to shade you from the sun and a 10x4 metre pool.

Benidorm has everything to offer for those wishing to go further afield for their entertainment. The Benidorm Palace will give you a night to remember so take some smart clothes with you and party the night away. Children can enjoy the local beaches or just half an hour’s drive away is the Terra Mitca Theme Park, Mundomar and Aqualandia, all on the outskirts of Benidorm, approx. 30 minutes drive.

    June 29th-July19th: £895 per week, deposit 20%
    July20th-6th Sept £1,195per week. 20% deposit
    Sept.7th-Sept 30th: £850 per week, deposit 20%.
    A security deposit of £200 per stay is required and must be paid with final balance. This security deposit will be returned after inspection of villa for breakages, extra cleaning or excessive laundry.

General information: Built in an established area, the villa is ideally situated for all amenities, the beaches, shops (nearest supermarket 5 minutes), clinics and restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and 1 shower room with toilet. There is a large naya for all your alfresco entertainment, an open balcony off the upstairs bedroom and a large, south facing pool and terrace. For your convenience there is an outside shower by the pool. The driveway which is secured by gates and a wall offers parking for several cars. The villa is finished to a very high standard with a large kitchen, a through lounge/diner, 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and high quality fixtures and fittings through out. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and every window is fitted with mosquito blinds. Contemporary furnishings make our villa a real home from home.

Moraira: Moraira has long been known for it’s ‘classy’ atmosphere and family appeal. There are no high rise hotels here and there has been considerable investment in the resort and infrastructure. It is a cosmopolitan town with several beaches, including the most beautiful El Portet beach which is in a secluded cove with just a couple of bars and restaurants – an ideal place for watching the sunset. A large marina offering cuisine from around the world, designer shops plus a wide variety of cafes and bars completes the picture for this stylish resort. Quite simply – Moraira never fails to please, it has something for everyone.

Golf: Golf: Nearest golf course is about 5/10 minutes drive but there are several other courses within an hours drive of El Nido. Golf Ifach – Moraira. 7kms. 9 holes Golf Javea – Javea. 8kms. 9 holes La Sella – Denia. 20kms. 9 holes Golf Don Caya – Altea. 20kms. 18 holes Golf Olivia – Olivia. 35kms. 18 holes. Please note, we have 2 sets of golf clubs at the villa, available free of charge, for renters to use.

A truly fantastic villa - great for families.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at El Nido. The villa was just as described and exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately presented, well equipped, very comfortable and secure.

The pool area was very spacious and the naya provided ample shade in comfort. Our children loved the pool and made use of it at every given opportunity!

The beach at El-Portet is particularly good for families with young children.

We would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in a lovely villa in a family-friendly area such as Moraira.

Villa in El Portet

A Superb villa immaculately presented. Every requirement was catered for, then plus much more. Information and instructions provided in the property well thought out and clearly presented. Excellent welcome pack, again with a lot of thought given to detail. The villa is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday, but with all amenities just a 5 minute drive away. Frank. the property manager, is a delightful gentleman, who is happy to offer advice and assistance, but who does not intrude into your holiday. All in all. a villa for the owners to be extremely proud of and for discerning holidaymakers to make sure they reserve for next year.

The villa is in a very quiet location at the very end of a culdesac, so there were no traffic noises at all.
Quite private and nothing overlooking most of the property.
Very well described by the owner and was furnished to a very high standard.
Beds were large size and comfortable.
The pool was kept sparkling by the local maintenance man Frank, who was very helpfull.
Very easy access to restaurants and the town of Moraira.
All rooms were large and airy and the garden and terraces had plenty of space for sunbathing.
Would wholeheartedly recommend it .
