The glitzy Puerto Cabopino is few mins by car boasting more fabulous restaurants all looking onto the wonderful vessels that are moored their. Cabopino a has a great beach with many beach bars in the Port where you can relax and watch the world go by. Just down the coast is the world famous Marbella (15/20min by car) and Puerto Banus. Great shops, night life, glamorous people, flash cars and much much more.... Nikki Beach is well worth a visit. In the opposite direction you will find The popular holiday town of Fuengirola (10mins by car), with a Zoo, Aqua Park, Horse Riding and Shopping Mals There is also a very popular race course The Hipodroma. Often televised. Racing normally takes place on Saturday evenings. There are many Golf Courses. Calahonda has its own but there are many more within a short distance. La Cala Golf being one of the largest with fantastic views of the sea mountain ranges and a great restaurant.

  • Daily prices are calculated on additional days based on a minimum stay of 1 week. There are additional prices for 3 day and 5 day breaks on request.
    A 20% deposit is required together with a completed booking form to secure booking within 7 days of the enquiry. The balance is to be paid on arrival in Pounds Sterling or Euros (calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time) or by UK cheque 2 weeks before departure.
  • Spacial rates for long term rental (Low and Mid Season only). Easter and Christmas mid season rates apply. A welcome food pack is included in the price. Arrivals after 12.00 midnight are subject to a £20 surcharge.

Golf: For golf lovers, there is 9 hole golf course on the Calahonda complex, Golf La Siesta is approx 2km from the apartment. There are also many other golf courses in the area including the famous La Cala Golf and Mijas golf located within a short distance of Calahonda by car or taxi.

Coast/Beach: The the nearest beach is approx 10 mins walk or just a few minutes by car. Calahonda has its own harbour, Puerto Cabopino where you may practice any kind of nautical sports like sailing, wind surfing, parascending. The Port also offers excellent restaurants and has a lovely beach to relax on.

Other Interests: Calahonda offers many facilities. There is a large tennis club, golf course, sports club. It ideal for walkers or jogging for the more energetic. The nearby Puerto Cabopino offers nautical activities and sailing. There are horse riding facilities within a short drive. Fuengirola has a large Aqua Park and Zoo. Fuengirola and in the other direction Marbella offer several large shopping Malls if you want some retail therapy!

Excellent apartment

Having stayed in both the ground floor and penthouse, I can highly recommend both of these apartments.
The complex has a high quality feel to it, with underground parking and gated access. The apartments themselves are furnished impeccably and have every facility you could require.
Location could not be better, with a short walk to all local amenities, but I would recommend a car for access to the beaches, cabopino harbour and the nearby beach bars, of which Max's bar is probably the best.
If there are any problems, Pat and Brian are residents in the complex and could not be more helpful with advice and local knowledge.

Holiday appartment that ticks all the boxes

We have stayed here in the penthouse three time over the last three years, it is in a lovely location near to a good selection of bar's restarant's the slow boat chinese restarant was a favorite of our's .there are three very good supermarkets to buy all you need and more
campino beach is must, as is porta banus....
The accomadation is excellent all mod cons, and lovely decor,.spacious, very clean with plenty of linen and towls,
we loved the luxury of it all. this one in paticular had a roof terrace that was private and was great for sun bathing and BBQ's
Nikki, and Ivy (the owners) were very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to get there and anything else they thought would help, On your arrival you are met by the nicest couple Pat and Brian who could'nt do enough for us, any problems we know we could have approched them, lucky we never had to call on them, i have also reccomended the property to friends as everythig Ivy describ's is accurate and i know we hope to return in the future .. carol, colin & charlotte from shropshire

Great apartment for a short break

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights with our baby son a couple of weeks ago as part of a trip to Spain.

We found the apartment to be as described and incredibly clean and comfortable.

We chose the this apartment over the the garden one due to the roof terrace, which was lovely, but we were unrealistic to think we would make it up there with a baby Son!!! So, if anyone is looking at both apartments with children we would advise the ground floor as there are a lot of stairs!

Downsides? There are shops and supermarkets nearby, but no local Spanish restuarants. The pool is not heated, so in May it was too cold for our baby Son. And the underground secure carpark represents an interesting parking space to get into!

However, upsides are the owners communication was excellent. Their houseminders were terrific hosts and provided additonal items we required (cot/high chair) for free. Beach nearby is lovely and it is a peaceful location.

In summary, we would recommend this apartment highly. Easy to find, short distance from airport, central location for travel (you will need a car) and excellent service.
