Located in the best and quietist location in Niguel Beach Terrace, this two bedroom, two full- bath ocean view condo is a one minute walk to the entry to Salt Creek (Dana) Strands Beach. The 'Lighthouse' has undergone complete renovation featuring maritime and nautical themes in soft colours of sand tones, blues and creams. All appliances, hardware, ceiling fans, baseboards, Zodiac stone countertops, kitchen cabinets, carpeting, tables, and outside patio tile are new. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, guest bedroom, and one of the large patios. The living room features an electric fireplace, queen size sofa bed, and a 42' flat screen LCD HD TV as well as a library with books and games.   • Bloth bathrooms are full with a combination tub/shower. There are lots of towel racks and hooks to hang towels and clothes. Lighting is excellent for make-up, shaving, etc. Bathrooms back to each other for maximum privacy between the two bedrooms.

  • King size sleigh bed in the master suite which includes an antique cherry wood desk as well as a computer. Extra long twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can be converted to another king size bed. Also, there is enough room in the guest bedroom to add an air bed to comfortably sleep three people. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There is the proper bedding for each of the beds and each bedroom has a 37 inch flat screen T.V. while the living room has a 42 inch flat screen T.V. that is set up with both HD service as well as DVR (Tivo) capability. There are overhead Hunter ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room, and dining room. These fans each have a central light in them to give great lighting to the rooms. The lighting is excellent with each bed or side of the bed having its own light that is high enough off the floor to make reading easy. In addition to the ceiling fan light the living room has excellent table lights to provide reading lights for 3 readers.

Comfortable Apartment easy reach of the Beach

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days with our two teenage daughters and found the apartment very nicely furnished and comfortable, it was vey much 'home from home' and the owners were very helpful to us when we had any questions on nearby facilities or places to visit etc. We would recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay near to LA and a short walk down the steps to a great beach.We found Dana Point and the locality safe, clean friendly and not crowded.
