Notes to the rental rates

• The prices shown are for the whole villa it is possible to hire the Villa as apartments for any of the months not including July or August. The price is divided equally for the apartments please ask for more details.
  LINEN RENTAL IS AVAILABLE FOR A CHARGE OF E15 PER PERSON PER WEEK. TOWELS @ E2 PER PERSON PER WEEK. All beds are fully made up and ready on arrival the cost also includes high quality throws. This charge includes duvet and covers in the winter months as required.
  For those clients wishing NOT to leave the villa AS FOUND there is a cleaning charge of E150 for cleaning the villa & a charge E75 for cleaning the BBQ. This service must be requested one week in advance if required.
  
• A Security deposit of £400 per booking is required. Please ask for terms and conditions and booking form to secure Villa or Apartment.
  Please note: There will be someone to greet you on your arrival for those clients wishing to arrive out of hours after 20.00 hours there is a local charge of 20 Euros and for those clients arriving/departing after 24.00 hours there is a local charge of 40 Euros. up to 08.00
  PLEASE NOTE IT IS A REQUIREMENT IN FRANCE THAT THE TENANTS HAVE INSURANCE INCLUDING PUBLIC LIABILITY & PERSONAL INJURY.

  October, November, December and April, May - Why not try our short break option – short breaks available – Champagne and flowers on arrival, all linen included and all essentials provided such as coffee, milk, tea, sugar, bread, cereals etc. Air Fares not included. £1000 for 3/4 day holiday break. Please quote short holiday break when requesting a booking for the short holiday break offer.

INTERIOR - First Floor Villa/Upper Apartment

First Floor Villa/Apartment: Hall way and entrance leading to large L/Dining room with seating for six people and Lounge furnished with a LCD TV, DVD, incorporated sound system and surround sound. There is also satellite with free to air channels. Master Bedroom with King Size electric operated bed with fitted wardrobe and En suite Bathroom with double Jacuzzi bath, power shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. Separate Shower Room with power shower, Toilet & Hand Basin. Double Bedroom with double mezzanine BED which will sleep 4 with wardrobe facility. Large fully fitted Kitchen with dish washer. The lounge, dining room, and bedrooms lead on to the terrace which surrounds the upper half of the house. The terrace is bright and sunny and receives the Mediterranean sun somewhere at all times of the day! The terrace off of the bedrooms has a sun lounger, sun lounge swing. Off of the lounge is a table a chairs for six & BBQ. Providing accommodation for 4/6 persons.

INTERIOR - Ground Floor Villa/Apartment

Entrance via Large Indoor Garage/Playroom or connecting Stairway (these stairs are steep) to First Bedroom is off of the garage and is slightly separated from the main apartment it is ideal if you have another couple in your party or a teenager that will enjoy sleeping away from the main party. It has a double bed and benefits from having TV& DVD, there is also a fitted wardrobe. Laundry Room Shower Room with power shower, Hand Basin . Separate WC. Entrance to downstairs apartment with Fully fitted Kitchen including large fridge, Microwave and dish washer. Shower room with power shower, washbasin and unit for storage. Second Bedroom is a Large family Bedroom with two single beds & 1 bunk bed and wardrobe facilities. (The beds can be exchanged with the first bedroom to accommodate different scenarios). Third Bedroom with large antique bed and wardrobe. These two rooms can be connected if required. Lounge with Large TV/ DVD as well as sound system

Garden & Terraces

Large Sunny Patio with shaded areas leading off ground floor apartment. The ground floor apartment is protected with pool fencing and gate to prohibit access to the pool without supervision. Complete with sun loungers, 2 dinning tables, fourteen chairs and double hammock. Beautiful Garden with pine, palm and fruit trees. Lots of herbs available for cooking and mint for the Pimms!!! The Upper terrace has a table and chairs for six as well as a second BBQ. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with exotic Med Plants as well as fruit trees.

Golf Information:

St Cyprien International Golf Course St Cyprien International Golf Course has lots of exciting water hazards. Surrounded by mountains the views are wonderful. The golf course has professionals at hand and will take debutantes but not in the season of July & August. It is not necessary to be a member to play at the course and you can by weekly tickets. The Golf Club has a large swimming pool for those in the party that do not want to play golf but would rather wait in the 19th hole! The Club has a cafe and also a pool side restaurant and bar as well as a five star restaurant overlooking the golf course. The golf club is just a few minutes drive from the Villa Castel Danynou.
