Modern self contained villa on one level. Private swimming pool (26' x 16') situated in large garden with sun loungers, garden furniture and BBQ. Large awning on patio giving shade, solarium and terrace for outside dining. The villa is located on Lo Pepin which offers a very peaceful place to relax and enjoy the tranquility during your holiday. All bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned giving both cold and warm air, in addition all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Local shops, bars, restaurants and amenities are approx. 5 and 10 mins drive from the villa. The beautiful beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja are just 10 mins drive, as well as local markets. We have an english speaking representative to meet and greet you at the villa, we can also arrange airport transfers at an additional cost. There is a welcome pack included consisting of: milk, tea, sugar, cereals, bread, jam, eggs, orange juice, beers and cava. Cots and high chairs available for hire. Intruder Alarm fitted.

Guardamar is a beautiful clean beach with miles of golden sands. You can rent chairs and parasols very reasonably, and even get a back massage. Along the promenade you can purchase food and drink from one of the many cafes and restaurants. If you prefer the hustle and bustle Torrevieja is the place to visit where there is a street market, a small fairground and an abundance of bars and restaurants and again some lovely beaches. Just on the outskirts of Quesada there is a small water park, our representative will be happy to give you directions. The local markets are an excellent place to shop for all your fresh fruit and veg. You can also buy spit roasted chickens, BBQ lamb and pork. There is a choice of small local supermarkets as well as the hypermarket, Carrefour, at Torrevieja. Adjacent to Carrefour is a new shopping mall called Haberneros, good for shops, bars and a small childrens play area.
