Wir haben zu zweit im Juni 09 über eine Woche im "Castelo" verbracht.

Durch die Herzlichkeit des Vermieterehepaares fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause.

Man sitzt morgens beim Frühstück bzw. abends beim Wein direkt am Meer und genießt, lediglich getrennt durch eine schmale Strasse, welche unterhalb des "Castelo" liegt, den Blick auf die Bucht, den Ort (die Bilder geben nur einen Ausschnitt wieder) und den Ozean.

Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach eingerichtet, doch zweckmäßig und vor allem- durch den freundlichen, täglichen Reinigungsservice- sauber. Die 2 Küchen können von allen Gästen genutzt werden und verfügen über eine komplette Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist optimal, nur einige Schritte die Strasse/ Treppen hinunter bis zum Zentrum Carvoeiros bzw. zum Strand. Carvoeiro selbst ist überschaubar, doch sicherlich in der Hauptsaison sehr lebhaft. Anfang Juni war es ruhig, doch bietet die Gastonomie reichlich Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker.

Carvoeiro zeichnet sich durch die zentrale Lage ebenfalls als optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle Algarvetouren aus.

nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette chambre d'hote
les hotes sont charmants, prevenants , agreables
la chambre est spacieuse , propre ,calme avec une salle de bains. elle a un balcon qui donne sur la mer et qui permet d'y prendre les repas si on souhaite les préparer.pour cela il y a une cuisine bien équipée.
tout a été parfait. le point noir , mais qui ne provient pas des hotes , sont les travaux à carvoeiro qui empechent de trouver rapidement les lieux. mais l'hotesse vient vous chercher si vous la contactez par telephone ; ce fut un séjour très agreable
